Everything is really nice with the hotel, they even accomodated us to a one bedroom suite when requested. The only drawback was the overcrowded breakfast buffet and the arrangements being accross three rooms that was very annoying and not a pleasant experience. But the property is beautiful and location is perfect would recommend anyone to stay here.

One of the best hotels I've been to. Large spacious rooms. Excellent service, very nice staff and a perfect location to go to the nearby theme parks like ferrari world. Only issue is the shower head either has super hot water or super cold water, no in between.

Hotel bit dated, outdoor swimming pool not as big - pictures can be deceiving, staff are very helpful. Breakfast area is overly packed during busy period, awfully managed - feel like a sardine. Good multi cuisine breakfast options. Small supermarket about 10 mins walk which is ideal.

Everything was perfect, from the beginning until the end of our stay. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. You always get more being friendly and polite, than rude and demanding. Very nice room and great views, especially, the sunset! Breakfast is very big and with a great range of options for all tastes. The swimming pool is great. We would recommend and hope to come back.

We booked through Trip, and upon arrival we were surprised when the reception staff told us that no rooms were available and suggested transferring us to another hotel. Of course, we refused, and after waiting for an entire hour, the manager finally came and resolved the issue. The next morning, we went down for breakfast only to be shocked when they told us that breakfast was included for only one person! This is completely unreasonable, as our booking clearly stated breakfast for two adults and a child. This caused us a lot of inconvenience, especially since the staff tried to dismiss it by saying “it’s okay, you can go in”, when in fact it was our right to have breakfast without any argument. What made it even worse is that they asked us to show the booking from our phone, which was ridiculous, as they already had our booking details in their system. This unpleasant experience made us decide not to extend our stay. It was supposed to be a special time to celebrate my child’s birthday, but unfortunately, the hotel’s service and professionalism were far below expectations...

My four-night stay at the Radisson was everything I had hoped for. It's an excellent option for visiting the nearby theme parks, with a shuttle bus running every 30 minutes for added convenience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making my stay more enjoyable. I really liked the breakfast, and the gym was well-equipped for a good workout. My room was spacious and comfortable. If I find myself in the area again, I will stay here.

Quite good lucation, little wear & tear is visible, but great service. Friendly staff from reception, Italian Restaurant to the Pool Bar. Breakfadt buffee is little chaotic but still good selection of items. Irrotating detail was that the TV Mirrroring of Netflix didnt work and we could not watch movies on TV. Also the closet sliding doors did not close and the light was on all night. Hotel adverticed a free shuttle on Yas Island but when asked to get a shuttle to Yas Marina the Concergie refused it.....50:50 if to go back.
