The Windsor Hotel Toya Resort & Spa Hokkaido

The most intuitive feeling is that the outdoor environment is very good. If it is a clear day, you can directly see Lake Toya and the scenery below the mountain. It is very comfortable. The interior decoration feels quite good, especially when there is no fog. The scenery outside the hotel is amazing, but the hotel The bus timetable (pictured above) is really too few and there are no buses after 19 o'clock. If you take JR to Toya Station, first check the JR timetable, and then check which hotel bus you want to take. The picture shows the hotel bus timetable. If you miss the last hotel bus, contact the hotel and ask the hotel to contact you. Taxi🚕, but you have to pay for the taxi yourself, which is about 7000-8000 yen. I personally think it is quite expensive. It takes 30 minutes to go to the hotel by taxi. It’s difficult to hail a taxi at Toya Station in the wild mountains! I was in such a hurry that I didn’t have time to take pictures of the indoor environment! If you are not in a hurry, it is quite comfortable to stay in the hotel for two nights!

Felt that the hotel was overrated and over-priced, though dinner and breakfast were provided. Room amenities are limited. Furniture was rather old. You need to book a time slot for dinner. We checked-in at about 4pm ++, and we were left with the last slot, and got to eat fast to be in time to watch the fireworks. There was a good variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Be early for breakfast as there is no reservation. The amenities in the Onsen were good. You just need to bring your towel. Body wash, shampoo, lotion, body milk etc are available for use. Combs are sterilized before use.

I booked the room with a plan called the lake side, but it was certainly on the lake side, but it was on the lower floor (4 floor), and the building was disturbed and I could only see the view of 90 degrees. When I stayed at another inn of the same group in the same Toya Lake before, the situation was exactly the same, and the building was still in the way on the bottom floor (2nd floor), and the lake was 90 degree view. Is this hotel group only prepared such a room for a single traveler? Check-in was a system that gave keys to students on school trips, with papers and keys written on the names on the tables outside the lobby. The dinner time was decided by the inn in advance because it was to avoid congestion, but it was finished that I went to the dinner venue on time and was waiting in full seat. Moreover, I wondered if they were laying a futon during dinner, but the futon was not laid. When I finally thought I came to lay the futon, I came to two children who were part-time jobs, such as junior high school students or high school students. This is the first time I have a child lay a futon at a hot spring inn. I was disappointed. I noticed after checking out, but my body was stabbed by mites. I think it's caused by a futon. This is the first time I have been damaged by mites at the inn. I do not recommend this inn. You should consider another inn.

Perfect location on the lake for the view and the night time fireworks! Beautiful interiors and rooms. Onsen is very nice. Buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent... So much choice and everything was really tasty and fresh! The welcome when you check in is great, the valet parks your car for you and you walk in to welcome drinks/cookies. Loved it!

What a beautiful cabin, the room is so big, and there is a big bathtub for soaking, the room is not air-conditioned, my stay in August is very cold at night, really don’t need air-conditioning, but be aware that there are a lot of bugs because of the mountains Worm, can't open the terrace, the room can be seen to Lake Toya fireworks but there are few fireworks, so we all left to see

Yes, I lived with my mother. It was very spacious and cleaned. We went to Hot Spring Street and there was no bus at night. We made an appointment with the boss and could pick us up at night. Next to the accommodation is the gate of the crater hiking route, and we also went to go. It is also very close to Lake Toya by bus, and a few stops are there, as if it costs 160 yen. The boss also gave a ticket to the Wanshige hot spring. It costs 500 yen for one person. The boss should know the people at the Wanshige Hotel. The people outside there cost 3,500 yen to soak. I feel that I have earned it. I have been soaking for two days. It’s great to soak in the lake on the terrace when it’s not dark. However, it should be noted that cash is collected, if the cash is not enough to go to the 711 on Hot Spring Street to withdraw money, the visa card can withdraw cash.
