Falta más limpieza se ve un poco desgastado y con talta de mantenimiento Le urge una remodelada es algo viejo y en su momento quizá fue excelente pero ese tiempo ya paso

Normalmente el costo de la habitación doble es caro, sin embargo con el descuento por ser nuevo miembro en la aplicación Trip.com ya no fue tanto. Nos gusta ese hotel por la playa privada, el resto de las instalaciones son como en cualquier otro hotel de Acapulco y los alimentos son muy caros. Por lo menos, ahora, ya dan dos aguas de 250 ml de cortesía en cada habitación.
Las instalaciones son limpias.

Dirty room at check in, I paid for stay with breakfast and the waiter limited us to American breakfast when we were told we could choose from the menu freely. At dinner, kids food was spicy, had to return it and they brought it back spicy because the oil had chile. Lounge areas dirty with old glasses and spilled sticky stuff on the floor. This resort hotel has excellent customer service and beautiful views, service and relaxing atmosphere. It has it's own private beach and loud noise is prohibited. Perfect for relaxing and feeling privacy. Beautiful! We highly recommend it. Sending a very special thanks to all the staff that took great care of us!

Great place and friendly staff! Access to beach which not many places have and 3-4 pools. You are kind of forced to eat there. No Uber delivers and no close convenient store close. Gym is basic BUT we loved this place and our kids did too
