Palacio Mundo Imperial ★★★★★
"The room was clean, but the pricing was unclear. My friend booked a cheaper room closer to the end of the month! The front desk charged for phone calls, saying we would use their landline! I refused! The service was quite poor; I wouldn't recommend it."
Banyan Tree Cabo Marques ★★★★★
"Very beautiful views of the sea and Acapulco!"
Emporio Acapulco ★★★★
"Great location and service. Amazing view."
Hotel Amares Acapulco ★★★★★
"Everything was great."
Princess Mundo Imperial Riviera Diamante Acapulco ★★★★
"Acapulco is a great place"
Ritz Acapulco All Inclusive ★★★
"The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly."
Krystal Beach Acapulco ★★★
"There's no air conditioning, the elevators aren't working, and there's no air conditioning. I requested receipts for my meals, and they still haven't sent them. They don't have enough staff, the service is terrible, and I don't recommend this hotel."
We Hotel Acapulco ★★★
"The room is very old, cheap hotel, with swimming pool. There is no Wi-Fi in the room. The location is very good, downstairs is the seaside. The hotel does not have breakfast, and it takes 100 meters to walk to the nearest OXXO."
Las Brisas Acapulco ★★★★★
"Very nice place with beautiful view! We had spent wonderful time there."

Alba Suites Acapulco
"I had to leave my car several times outside the hotel parking lot because there was no space and I am supposed to be paying for that service as well because there was a legion of Telmex workers at the hotel. I think that management should have put things in order and delimited a specific area for these workers and not left the problem in the hands of regular customers because if you wanted to arrive late to the hotel you ran the risk of there being no parking space and the hotel has a sign saying that it is not responsible for damage to cars or theft. Well, imagine! The hotel beach was not available. That is understandable. What is not understood is the lack of security at the hotel because there were people swimming on the beach with all the damage to the boats there and people drinking and honking in the pools, which is supposed to be prohibited, etc. Etc. etc., in addition to thieving kids who got on the destroyed boats."
Camino Real Acapulco Diamante
"It needs more cleaning, it looks a little worn out and needs a lot of maintenance. It needs a remodel. It's a bit old and at the time it may have been excellent, but that time has passed."
Acamar Beach Resort
"Everything was excellent, the facilities were not very adequate (due to the passage of OTIS), we had an aircraft without windows and another very small one. Other than that everything is excellent, we will return soon, thank you."
Park Royal Beach Acapulco - All Inclusive
"The calm beach is the only positive aspect. Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship. Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups. Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style. It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing."

Overview Brigitte Knoke Local Guide · 16 Reviews · 80 Photos Absolutely! I felt very welcome. Two younger men (brothers) at reception did everything to make my stay as unforgettable as possible...in a positive sense, of course. My room, 304, had strong Wi-Fi. A state-of-the-art TV with Sky and much more offered great entertainment...music of all genres, HBO movies, European channels 👌👍! I was allowed to get boiling water from the restaurant several times a day for coffee, tea, or instant noodle soup. They offer breakfast until 11:00 AM, which looked delicious and varied. You could also order hot dishes later. They wanted to clean the room every day. They need it with me. They offer breakfast until 11:00 AM, which looked delicious and varied. You could also order hot dishes later. They wanted to clean the room every day. They don't need to do that for me; I don't clean or change the towels every day at home either. The AC is so quiet, I didn't even hear it. The hotel is located at the end of a small side street. You're immediately in the center, on the beach, and at all kinds of shops. You can reach the famous cliff divers of Acapulco in 15 minutes on one of the crazy old colorful buses. The pool area is lovely and clean. I have absolutely nothing negative to report. I felt very comfortable. Upon leaving or returning, there's always a friendly "OLA," "HELLO," or "How are you today?" Many thanks again for the pleasant stay at HOTEL VILLAS LA LUPITA, says Brigitte Knoke."
