Increíble lugar para pasar las vacaciones familiares o en pareja, tiene todas las amenidades que te puedes imaginar incluyendo un tobogán, cancha de tennis, gimnasios, spa y más!! Sin duda este va a ser el hotel de mi preferencia cada que venga a Acapulco. La comida también está riquísima y todo es de la mejor calidad como el café y los servicios.

El hotel en general es muy bonito sin embargo esta vez nos toco una habitación muy antigua y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, tuvimos que esperar como 3 horas para el cambio de habitación por la noche y fue bastante incómodo ese detalle siendo que es un hotel de 5 Estrellas, fuera de ahí todo muy bien.

It’s at all inclusive hotel they only have one restaurant open for breakfast 40 minutes to wait for a table that’s not aceptable.
The lounge chairs on the beach are old, dirty, and neglected.

Such a beautiful hotel, the views and the rooms are amazing. The reason why I am giving this hotel 3-stars overall is bc the food is not it. Tried all restaurants and the only good one was the breakfast buffet at Chula Vista. Very pricey food and not good in all other restaurants on property. I would like to note however, the bartender at the bar inside the restaurant Beach was amazing and his drinks were delicious. Acapulco is beautiful so I will definitely go back but will look elsewhere.

This property is grossly over price. The staff is basically rude except for the housekeeping and the valet staff. The people in the restaurants don’t pay attention to you and the food is grossly overpriced. I would never stay here again. This was the third time we stayed here and it’s gone so far down the hill it’s not even a four-star hotel but they charge five star ratings. Very bad very bad very bad.
