The Signature Apartments

The location of these apartments is great, a nice little supermarket, gym, pharmacy and restaurant in the facility is perfect. From the moment you arrive this place you feel safe, security and concierge was excellent. Sadly we got a host, who is failing miserably at maintaining his apartment. It was very dirty and unkept. All the diffuser bottles were empty so the place smell was horrible. The dust gave me an allergy reaction. The dirty floors, rug, doors, utensils, the torn bedding, the moldy kettle, the sticky microwave buttons, dirty AC remote. I don’t even know what was happening in the closet. The list is endless. Check in could have been smoother but we were kept waiting for a long time at the lobby. Check out time was incorrect. I hope you get a better serviced apartment at this location if you book.

The apartment was adequate for the price. There were some minor issues in the beginning like the cable going out the lack of soap, but they were promptly addressed and rectified. The only issue I had was the lack of enough towels. I was told there's a limit of one per day. The ones that were provided were clean but old and dingy, often with old visible stains. Nothing a good bleaching wouldn't take of. I ended up buying my own to use while there.
