Hotel was clean and reasonably comfortable. Service was friendly and efficient. It is a rather old-fashioned hotel, which could use some upgrading.

It’s fine to stay there. Overall is good.
The private beach was good.
The hair dryer was not provided.
And there is no desk in the rooms so not so easy to use laptops.
The bed and shower room are good,
But there was a thunder storm coming and the electricity was down for hours.
The breakfast is ok.

This is the letter we received from customers; Bonjour Ilan, J'ai cherché à vous joindre sans succès. Avez-vous agi auprès du lamentable hôtel d'Akko, pour obtenir un dédommagement ? Je vous rappelle que notre 2ème journée a été catastrophique : pas d'électricité, de piscine, de Wifi, de clim, de machine à café au petit-déjeuner..... Par contre, le C...... rien à dire, toujours au top, très bon accueil de Gila. Bonne journée. Hubert

I read reviews about this hotel and wasn't impressed.what a surprise. The room is clean, we had dinner and food is very good . So not sure why people complain but I really recommend the hotel.it is small and this what makes it nice in current times of corona
