I am overlanding through Africa for almost a year now and this hotel has been a fabulous experience for me. The check in went smooth and I was allowed in early. The staff is exceptional! From the front desk to the wait staff of the restaurant, which has amazing and well priced food, to the maids. Bravo to all on a job well done. The spa is also lovely. I very much enjoyed a steam, sauna and massage by the incredible staff worker. I would recommend 100% to stay here. The location is great. I feel safe. The Wi-Fi and room is amazing. Thank you 😊

I mostly come to best western plus friday and Saturdays, super enjoyable Live Band with great variety of musician, Best service once you visit this place when you visit the 2day time all staffs will treat you as one of family memeber with Care. Last saturday i enjoyed Mesay teferas performance and The manager with grace called Chalechiw if spell it correctly i mate him around the entrance He has amaizing eyes to make sure everyone is get the service, assigning teams, I 100% recommend this place to take care your weekend.

The staff and management are very cordial and supportive.

I had an amazing stay at TH-bonerosl hotel From the moment i arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and hospitality. The room was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. The breathtaking view was an unexpected delight. The hotel's amenities, including the spa and gem. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was memorable. I can't wait to return and experience the exceptional service once again.

Very excellent hotel, the location is great, very clean from inside and outside. I hope they get a better system of knowing that travellers are coming, and while all booking are done online, plus paid. Asking for confirmation number, is a great way to start. I’m not writing this review to say anything bad about this hotel, but I have been in a very smaller hotel than this, and they automatically know that I have a confirmation, and booking has been done. Meanwhile, the biggest hotel they should know quickly than that. I love the stuff they are very great. I love the breakfast, but with the price of the rooms, I think that breakfast should be included in the rooms. I really appreciate the generosity. I Also, look forward in the future stay there. On May 24th, 2024. We planned to do our family wedding venue place in Check In Hotel. It really was a standout out for us of several wedding venues we went so far we found check in hotel to be one of the most incredible venue ever. The foods was very delicious, savory, heavenly and mouthwatering I have to give a big of applause to Chef Mesfin and Chef Teshome, they really did serve amazingly. They were fast and looking to the dishes that ran out but within a blink of an eye they rush to make everything full. Especially to chef Mesfin OMG wow..he was really well orientated about what we want for the food and he delivered them perfectly cooked and in a spectacular way with being careful. The venue hall is so big and lovely as well the bathroom are so clean and chic everything was so great. I would love to thank the waiters as well Tsion and Abebech for servicing our guests in such mannered way and shout out to Abel the F&B controller for being very attentive listener and on point even Alemshet as well though he is a bit stiff but I can understand why he also happens to be an excellent worker. And none of this wouldnt happen if it weren't for the fabulous Rahel Assefa the marketing manager. She made us felt like home and really really did show us moreover she actually gave us an idea of how we can run our plans with decor venue. She really did shine us through her magical works. So I really do recommend to stop going on the city to find a wedding venue and head straight to CHECK IN Hotel right to Rahel and book your venue there. We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Residence apartment hotel for 16 days, and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk lead, Massresha, and his colleagues. Their hospitality and attentiveness were truly remarkable, and they made our stay all the more enjoyable. Massresha, in particular, was a standout member of the hotel staff. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He was always available to answer any questions we had and offered helpful recommendations for things to do and see in the local area. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The daily housekeeping service was exceptional, and we were always impressed by the attention to detail shown by the staff. Overall, our stay at The Residence was truly unforgettable, and that's all thanks to Massresha and his colleagues. We appreciate all their hard work and dedication to making our stay a memorable one. We look forward to returning to this hotel in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area.

Breakfast is very good, can be an extra bed, very good with children, the hotel has a parking lot, the location is great, the overall is great, it is expensive, but the stay feels first-class, come back next time.

Best hotel in town I recommend who want to stay in hotel this is the best experience we have. The price also very affordable.The room is so clean and the staffs also very corporative.
