We visited the Coventry Central hotel. Basic facilities which is expected for the price but the bathroom was in desperate need of maintenance. Door didn’t close properly, made a creaking sound when being closed (not good when you visit the bathroom during the night and it wakes your partner), toilet seat was loose and almost coming off, and toilet flush button was hanging half out of the wall. Also, the shower flooded the floor so using the shower mat was useless. In the bedroom there was only one shelf to put clothes on. Another shelf could easily be fitted with minimal cost. Will never stay at an Ibex hotel again. Novotel, their co--partner, is much better. Do not recommend unless you can’t afford better.
