I've been to ZigZag numerous times. Good location. Good food and great staff. Highly recommended. The food is fresh; spa is clean and service is really good. Lounge is spacious and there's a VIP corner for meetings.

Went in as a large group for lunch… food was kind of ok but took a very long time ….the service was terrible and bill had to be modified by hand …. A bit fishy. Would recommend to the owners to review their customer service and make sure bills don’t get modified by hand.

The owner was super nice, very friendly and helpful! She would always come around and ask if everything was OK and if we needed anything. The staff was just like her! Food was hot and ready and very delicious. The front desk was efficient and expedient as well as accommadating. Selam at the front desk let me use his Hotspot when the internet was down. I can't say enough how much I enjoyed my stay because of the staff and the hotel itself. This is the reason I rated them a 5!
