Beds are very comfortable, we had the king suite with the pull out sofa, there was no spare bedding for the sofa bed so had to go downstairs and ask for it. Room was clean, hotel is in a great area, lots of restaurants and close to Galleria. Overall hotel was nice and clean. Will stay again!

No wash clothes, front desk stated they told house keeping none brought to the room. No hot water for a morning shower, unaccepyable.

NO HOT WATER throughout hotel; cold breakfast (eggs sausage pancakes); microwave shuts off before timer is finished; elevator so jerky it's a whiplash waiting to happen

Would not recommend my family & friends. This property is not suitable for holiday inn. Really terrible smell and it’s not welcoming. It’s real nasty smell all over the place. Rooms smell horrible

This is a nice quiet property tucked into a nice neighborhood. The elevator needed service. It hopped when it stopped which was unnerving.

Close to several restaurants. Didn’t like all the road construction in the area.

Many problems. A mangled food order. Musty smell through many parts of the building. A toilet that flushed reluctantly. Waste basket too small. Not a happy experience.
