It’s Good

Any ordered services take too long.

Staff are nice and helpful. Convenient location and the room is clean and tidy.

I didn’t look carefully when I booked the hotel. The hotel is next to the Adelaide Railway Station and the security situation is poor. When I went out to buy a bottle of milk at night, I was followed by someone who looked like a homeless person. When I returned to the hotel, I encountered a bad boy in the elevator. , very rude. It has greatly lowered my impression of the city of Adelaide, and I will probably never come again next time. After staying for two days, there was no room cleaning service. The overall management level needs to be improved, and the intercontinental gap is larger than other places. All in all a very bad stay experience. The intercontinental difference compared to Sydney is the distance from the earth to the moon. Apart from being cheap, there are no other advantages. Of course, the reception service at the front desk is still good.

Wonderful place to stay. Close to all amenities. Excellent staff and service.

View and proximity to river was fabulous. Facilities were dated but very clean. Water pressure and showers excellent.

Booked a room, river facing, to watch the fireworks on New Year’s Eve and to celebrate a birthdays. It was an awesome experience! Only thing that puzzled me though was, for a five star hotel, No toothbrush in the bathroom toiletry. Overall, 9/10.
