Although it is a triangular house, the roof is very high and does not feel depressing at all; the bed should be two single beds pushed together, which is very large but does not feel like it is sagging in the middle; although the bathroom and toilet are slightly cramped, it is comfortable for one person It was enough to use it; it was a pity that the lounge chairs and hot spring pool on the balcony were not used because the weather was still too cold. Although the entire park is not particularly large, the layout is relatively reasonable and the rooms do not affect each other. We didn't encounter any deer, but we did see camels and ponies. It can be considered that man and nature are fully integrated~ As for some suggestions, I personally think that a bed stool can be placed in the room, since the space is enough anyway; in addition, the air conditioning equipment will make some noise, which may cause headaches for those who don't sleep well. Anyway, overall, the hotel allowed us to enjoy two very wonderful nights in Aershan~

The room is great, the hygiene, facilities, and environment are all very good, so I give it full marks in terms of hardware. But the service needs to be improved. I can't find anyone at the front desk. When the waiter at the front desk went to the restaurant to help, my boyfriend's hand was burned by the soy milk. His first reaction was to hold the cup of soy milk instead of looking for a napkin to help. This made people feel bad and even worse. Value items, not people. But other waiters are quite good, but there is only one who I think needs to be strengthened. Maybe because of the off-season, there are only a few simple dishes for breakfast. You could not see the starry sky in the room... The toilet smelled a bit unpleasant. The water heater is a household water heater, so you may need to wait for a certain period of time between baths to heat up the water, maybe 20 minutes, and the wait for bathing in the bathtub is even longer, it is said to take 1 hour. Breakfast is a buffet, but very casual. Millet porridge, side dishes, eggs, bean paste buns, and soy milk. It's simple. Maybe because of the off-season, the dishes and tables were not cleared frequently.

The location is close to the center of Aershan, but without the hustle and bustle of the city center. The park has a large area and a wide view. If the weather is good, you can see the sky full of stars. The staff are also very friendly and responsive. I will choose here next time.

The hotel didn't have breakfast the next day, but they let us go back to them for breakfast for free, which was really great! The geothermal air conditioner in the house is very warm. It is more than minus 20 degrees outside. You can wear short-sleeved clothes in the house. I will try to stay here in autumn next time.

In terms of hygiene, the hygiene looks pretty good, and I didn’t bother with the small details this time. After all, I’m here to travel, not stay in a hotel for a vacation. The most important thing comes, service. Service starts with small details. I am also in the service industry, so I am more concerned about service. I will not talk about what I encountered since I entered the hotel. Compared with other chains, the gap between three and four stars, etc. It is very big. After all, it is enough to be happy and comfortable when traveling. However, I witnessed with my own eyes the whole process of a young man almost getting into a fight with a customer, which made me very surprised and incredible. I sounded quite angry. I thought it was the hotel's bad attitude. It was just a quarrel over the issue of collecting dishes during breakfast time. I almost wanted to fight. The guy looked like he should shut up after eating my food. In fact, it was just... Everything can be solved with just "Sorry", but he did his part. The guests asked him n-words about what the service is. He has no sense of service at all and is speechless. The hotel management system needs to be further improved. As an outsider, I I also feel that I am not respected when I stay here. 😟It is not enough for the management to do a good job. The best hotel in Aershan, bar none. The layout design of the entire room uses very reasonable space and is very modern. There is also a bathtub and the floor heating is super warm. The breakfast room has large floor-to-ceiling glass, offering an unobstructed view of the park.

Stayed for two nights. It is well deserved as the best hotel in Aershan. The room is big and clean. The boss recommended a car rental guy. Overall, everything is good. The room is extremely hot, so I have to turn off the air conditioner and open the windows to dissipate heat every day, haha.

The first time I came to Aershan, I was attracted by this place. The Triangular House in Lujiao Bay where I stayed was a surprise! The hotel environment is great! You can see the snowy scenery in the distance from the floor-to-ceiling windows ~ Manager Zhang Yu served us and he was super nice! Very considerate and all our needs were met. Although it was very cold in Aershan, the hotel service made us feel warm! I will stay here again next time I come! Highly recommended!
