I have short black hair, not mine. Just look at the condition of the sheets. We didn't change the sheets, so I called the front desk immediately and asked them to change the sheets to us. Fortunately, the service was okay. About five minutes later, a waiter came over and looked at the bed sheets and pillows and said that they hadn't changed. Give us a new one! The towels and bath towels smelled of smoke. I was not sure if they were renewed, so I didn’t ask us to change them. Hope the hotel can strengthen management. Achieve one customer one change.
