"We received a complimentary room upgrade, an extended check-out time to 3 PM, and a complimentary airport transfer. The breakfast was comparable to a five-star hotel; the handmade yogurt was my favorite, and it was unlimited. The kids also had unlimited milk. There was also oxtail noodle soup, steamed buns, and heart-shaped eggs. As for the bedding, there were two beds with four pillows, and the mattresses were very comfortable. The bathroom was a three-part separation, and everything was up to four-star standards, including a sofa, table, lighting, curtains, and Xiaomi smart home control throughout the room. My child wants to come back to Aksu again because of the hotel. They didn't want to leave the hotel."

There was a good variety of delicious options, and it was very convenient for Muslim travelers. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations and made our mornings even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The location is also convenient for exploring Aksu and the nearby city center. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aksu. One of the best stays during our Xinjiang trip."
