"We received a complimentary room upgrade, an extended check-out time to 3 PM, and a complimentary airport transfer. The breakfast was comparable to a five-star hotel; the handmade yogurt was my favorite, and it was unlimited. The kids also had unlimited milk. There was also oxtail noodle soup, steamed buns, and heart-shaped eggs. As for the bedding, there were two beds with four pillows, and the mattresses were very comfortable. The bathroom was a three-part separation, and everything was up to four-star standards, including a sofa, table, lighting, curtains, and Xiaomi smart home control throughout the room. My child wants to come back to Aksu again because of the hotel. They didn't want to leave the hotel."

"This is an excellent hotel! The front desk staff are lovely and their service is outstanding. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle with a dedicated car. Even when my flight was delayed, the hotel staff waited patiently for me at the airport exit, unlike other hotels where you have to search for the shuttle yourself. Their service is truly thoughtful. The hotel is centrally located in Aksu, with plenty of restaurants nearby and convenient shopping. It's a newly opened hotel, so it's very clean and hygienic, and the rooms are spacious. They even offer room upgrades. The hotel amenities are great, including mouthwash. This is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Aksu, highly recommended!"

"It was quite late when we arrived at the hotel, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel very welcome. The entire hotel was very clean, occupying all four floors. The room was soundproofed, and I couldn't hear anything from my neighbors. If you're looking for a quiet night's sleep, this is the place to stay! In Aksu, we skipped some nearby scenic spots, such as the Wensu Grand Canyon. We also went fruit picking. Aksu apples are at their best in late October. I'll definitely be back next time!"

"The experience was extremely poor and I was very disappointed! 1. On the evening of arrival at the hotel, they asked who my travel companions were. I told them I booked and paid online, and my name was on the records. They just needed to tell me the room number. Why did they insist on asking who my companions were? Were they afraid of making a mistake? Didn't they check everything beforehand? This kind of service left me speechless! 2. I mentioned online that there were lobby bar privileges. I asked what they were, and they only replied that they were available the following afternoon. I asked what the lobby bar privileges were, and they said the next day. Seriously… I asked twice and got the same answer. The next morning, I saw that there were lobby bar privileges too??? 3. When I went out, I encountered a staff member and asked if they had a tote bag. They gave me one so I could pack things for a meeting. When I returned to my room, I found several laundry bags instead??? 😂 There was only one laundry bag hanging on the clothes rack in the room. I don't need a laundry bag, I need a tote bag…😱 Am I supposed to take a laundry bag to the meeting…? 4. After finishing the meeting on the 3rd floor, I went down to the 1st floor, which led to the coffee shop on the other side. I went to the lobby and asked a waiter. The waiter said there was nothing I could do; if you come down from the 3rd floor, you can only go down to the coffee shop. I asked, "So every time I come down from the 3rd floor, I can only go to the coffee shop and then walk around to the lobby?" She said, "Yeah, there's nothing I can do." 🤷♂️ I'm really…😓"
