The hotel's breakfast porridge and noodles are freshly made and hot, but the variety is relatively single. The overall feeling is like this on the plateau. The accommodation conditions are pretty good and the beautiful scenery is beautiful. I would like to give it a thumbs up.

The service was very poor. When we checked in in the afternoon, the front desk told us that the room had not been cleaned yet, so we left our luggage and went out. The front desk said it would help us deliver it to the room. When we came back at five o'clock, our luggage was still at the front desk. The front desk took us to the room. Halfway there, she pointed everywhere and went back. We were carrying our luggage, which was messy in the wind, and we couldn't find where the courtyard was. After checking into the hotel, he found that the room only had two bottles of water and a bunch of leftover nuts. Peng immediately called the front desk and she said they would take care of it. When we came back after dinner, the situation was still the same. My friend went to the front desk to ask. A male staff member said that there should have been two bottles of water. My friend was very angry and asked if four people only drank two bottles of water when they checked in? The front desk did not deal with it immediately, but asked us what we wanted and if we wanted to check out. The inside of the room was very dry and hot. My friend said that when he got up at 8 o'clock in the morning to go to the bathroom, he saw mice scurrying in the room. I really don’t understand that accommodation at this price in Xinjiang is paired with this kind of service attitude. If you want to see Baisha Lake, it is better to go directly to his cafe to take pictures. It is cheap and easy to take pictures. It is not recommended to stay in a B&B.
