Is a decent hotel located in downtown Albany. Is convenient for an overnight stop over. Rooms and bathrooms are satisfactory. Bed is comfortable.

The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was average, there were not many restaurants within walking distance, but the State Capitol Building was within 10 minutes' walk. The service staff I met were also very nice.

This review got rejected for no reason, I re-read it and it’s fine, so I’m not changing it. Well first of all your employee burned popcorn at 345am and we had to evacuate the hotel. No type of comp was even offered for that dandy inconvenience. We went to the bar on Saturday after a show and there was only one employee running the bar AND the kitchen, he was pretty much ignoring everyone who wasn’t sitting at the bar already. So we didn’t get to eat either.

They did not have public parking for the hotel and did not offer validation for the pay to park garage. Also there was a false fire alarm at 3:30 am which is not necessarily within their control but definitely disrupted the stay
