Tru by Hilton Albany Airport

Nice big room, and spacious bathroom except for the shower curtain, which let water flood the floor.

This hotel is frequented by large athletic groups and families who are incredibly loud and have no problem making lots of noise. The main lobby was overtaken by multiple sports groups with their baggage just laying everywhere so the guest couldn’t even walk easily around the main lobby area, the guest were incredibly loud all night with frequent calls to the front desk. Nothing could be remedied except to move my room in the middle of the night at 2 AM. This is a miserable property. They do not have carpet instead of laminate flooring that almost feels sticky on your feet… ick! Please do not stay here if you are trying to get on a plane early in the morning. Save yourself the hassle. It’s not worth saving the 20 bucks. Go stay at the Marriott.

No airport shuttle available (park and ride lot full) which was the reason I booked the hotel. Thin walls meant I heard people walking in the hallway. Clean. Nice front desk staff.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Shuttles on demand to not only the airport, but also to area restaurants. Amazing.

Excellent place to stay. My flight was delayed and the person who answered the phone was able to check me in over the phone and was extremely helpful and kind. I called for a shuttle at 1:30am from the airport and they were there in under 10 minutes. My room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Love how close to the airport it is. With the convenient shuttle service to both the airport and to dining - it is perfect.

Check- in was a breeze, the room was clean and very spacious. The morning had a complementary continental breakfast. The only con is the parking at the hotel. Many patrons park n fly leaving their vehicles, taking up precious spaces from weary travelers.
