Breakfast is great and staffs are nice
The shuttle service is not good. They do not carry the luggage and drive fast.

My room was perfect. Check in and out was smooth. Was less than a 5 minute drive to the airport. Excellent service. I will definitely be back.

Easily the best place to stay around the alcoa/Maryville area and very reasonable rates. Love the fire pit outside and the outdoor sauna. The service is above and beyond than most expensive and high end hotels I've been in.

The little cafe downstairs doesn’t seem like much (sort of a fast food vibe), but the food was actually amazing! And the drinks were pretty good as well. It was slow, but I think they were maybe short a staff member, but still had great customer service.

Pleasant stay. Room was recently updated and beds were very comfy. Hot tub and outdoor fire pit were relaxing after a busy travel day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pay for breakfast at booking and save some money . Will definitely stay again .
