設施：齊全配套完善，智能酒店，很贊。
衞生：乾淨整潔，很不錯
服務：很熱情主動，一樓餐廳的手工酸奶好喝，酸奶粽子做的很有創意。走廊裏麪還有免費礦泉水可以自己取，很方便。

我們是特意來阿勒泰滑雪的，酒店服務很好，因飛機是23點到阿勒泰的，提前打電話和酒店説明瞭情況，酒店預留了安靜的房間，房間乾淨整潔，門口就是去滑雪場的班車🚌，實在是太方便啦！下次來還選泊客陽光酒店。

跟兄弟去滑雪，兩個人入住，前台的女的短頭髮跟欠她錢似的，早餐一般般，電動馬桶好評！喜歡！酒店層高有點矮，沒啥大問題，淡季價格好評

泊客陽光一流的服務，讓人感到賓至如歸，雖然沒有接機服務但是提供了非常可靠的出租車司機電話，旅途也很順利，早上7:00就到了賓館，熱情的前台服務人員先招呼用了早餐，賓館孫經理積極幫忙落實了房間，客房非常乾淨而且是智能管理，時尚感很強，酒店的餐廳也很棒，很多的當地人也在這裏用餐，新疆菜做的很地道，離店的當日出發的比較晚，所以又訂了鐘點房，經理也協調到位，很善解人意，酒店離雪場非常近，有免費的擺渡車，如果華業廠回來的晚，直接從滑雪場走回來，距離遠不遠，感覺這次來滑雪選對了酒店吃住行都非常的滿意。

將軍山練活最佳酒店,就在接駁大巴隔壁，避免滑完打不到車。
可以代收雪板、打蠟啥的
早飯也不錯，點好麪條、咖啡會給你送到座位來每日都有不一樣的拉麪。
服務員小姐姐小哥哥都很熱情，雪板會直接送到房間。
昨天是番茄雞蛋打滷麪Q,今天是牛肉麪
湯底都很有功力，配的煎蛋都是溏心!愛了
非要雞蛋裡挑骨頭的話，咖啡有點一般，但免費全天不限量提供還要什麼自行車!

退房時前台小妹妹耐心回答各種問題（寄雪具），幾次都詢問是否需要幫助，專業又讓人感到温暖。房間乾淨設施實用，早餐營養豐富口味不錯。餐廳價格實惠，廚師水平不輸其他高分餐廳，基本不用出門也能解決吃飯問題。離雪場近，門口就有班車2塊錢10分鐘到雪場大廳，雪友選他們家沒有坑。

去雪場超級方便門口就有車20分鐘一趟，房間也很乾凈，前台小周妹妹更是熱情洋溢，人美心善，遇到問題也幫我很好的解決～超級好評～～早餐每天也是換着花樣，真心不錯！

這酒店位置就在往將軍山滑雪場山腳必經之路, 酒店對面就是巴士站直上雪場 ¥2 非常經濟又快捷方便。店內員工非常友善好笑容有禮貌又樂於協助, 可謂服務非常貼心。早餐也算是 okay, 房間是特式裝飾, 不是老土老舊。整體不錯。
