Nice hotel. Staff friendly. Breakfast buffet amazing. Great location, but very noisy. The city never sleeps and you have cars racing around at 4am in the morning. Lifts slow and small. On higher floors wind is terrible. Very noisy at night. If you don't intend to be in your room a lot, go for a lower floor as you can queue for the lift at busy times for 10 mins. You can walk 3 flights of stairs, but we were on the 11th floor and we had to walk down twice. Rubbish soundproof. Don't know if we were just unlucky but the couple next door talked really loudly. Rooftop bar disappointing. The food was too fussy. The staff were busy, but prefered waiting at bigger groups of people - im sensing the tips were bigger. There are no outside terraces that you can sit out in. The small terrace in your room is the width of a chair. There's no pool. There is a kettle and a fridge in the room but need to ask at reception for tea and coffee. I couldnt work it out and spent an hour searching for a hidden drawer or something. I suggest bringing your own teabags and buying milk at supermarket next door. Would I return to this hotel - probably for one night, but no more.
