The hotel feels extremely old and worn out — the furniture is outdated, everything looks tired, and there is even a noticeable “old” smell throughout the room and common areas. This property seriously needs a full renovation. In its current condition, it simply does not justify the price they are charging for a stay. We only spent one night there, and honestly, that was more than enough. The view from the room was terrible as well — just an ugly inner courtyard with no atmosphere at all. Unfortunately, the hotel left absolutely no positive impression on us."

"A great apartment in the center of the old town, close to the beach. There's a 24-hour store nearby, which is both a plus and a minus. The city grocery market is also nearby. Everything is new so far. Checking in was smooth. There are a few minor drawbacks, but that's only if you're being picky: there's no iron, no dryer for washed clothes, and no wet bathing suits (I had to hang everything on chairs, in the shower stall, and so on). The studio apartment sleeps four, but there's no closet space for even the smallest amount of clothing. There's a small compartment for long items, but there are no hangers, and the clothes in the other compartment are physically impossible to rehang. Overall, the clothes storage isn't well thought out. It can be noisy in the evenings, especially on Fridays and weekends/holidays, as the windows overlook the road and a 24-hour store. But overall, it's livable."

"This time I took my baby out, and this hotel was so bad that it overturned my three views. I have been to so many places and stayed in so many hotels, but this hotel was the worst in history. First of all, I saw that there was an indoor swimming pool before booking the hotel. After arriving, the front desk said that this was only available to guests who booked suites or used spas, which meant that there was an additional charge. Why didn't the hotel information indicate that the indoor swimming pool was charged separately? Well, the child's swimsuit was brought for nothing. After entering the room, the air conditioner remote control was broken. I called the front desk and sent a technician to remove it and reinstall it for me. It was repaired after a few times. Then he told me in Spanish that the temperature rise was very slow. I actually understood what he meant magically. There are no slippers in a four-star hotel. You have to call to ask for them! Only then will they give them to you! The toilet in the bathroom has a weak flush! I tolerated all of this. What was really unbearable was that I went to the hotel for dinner and ordered a beef and foie gras sandwich. When it came, there was only beef. In order to confirm again and again, I opened the sandwich and searched for a long time to confirm that there was no foie gras, and called the waiter! He said no foie gras. I said I ordered foie gras! Then we repeated the same words over and over again N times! I got angry all of a sudden! I slammed the table and asked them to find the manager. You are just making up the numbers! If you don’t have the goods in the kitchen, you should tell me, I can exchange or refund! You can’t use this to fool people. The key is that the child didn’t eat! This is what makes me most angry! The hotel should make guests feel at home and help them in times of need! This *** added fuel to the fire. I was tired of taking care of the children and wanted to make it convenient for the hotel to solve dinner. This *** was too much. It gave me something that I didn’t order at all and was infatuated with me! I felt that I ordered something that you didn’t have, so it was my fault! Then their hotel manager came to the room to apologize to me! Ctrip customer service has been actively cooperating and coordinating. I like it! This has nothing to do with Ctrip! Some European four-star hotels are simply too watery! Everyone must pay attention when traveling! Don’t be a sucker and spend four-star money but end up with motel service! Facilities: In addition to the restaurant, you can see the sea Hygiene: The room lobby is like a three-star Environment: The location is the feature Service: I don’t want to talk about the service. I paid for it."
