酒店比較舊，但好像也是特色之一。停車不方便，設施有限。訂房時是攜程在線付，入住時押了信用卡。回家後發現信用卡被收取房費。向酒店反應後，回覆會退回，但迄今仍未看到；因而需要要求信用卡銀行幹預。管理上似乎很不到位。

Limited staff. Took 20 minutes to get car since no valet was working. Manager took his time going to get my car. Starbucks is manned by front desk. Bartender is not there at designated hours that was supposed to be there

I stayed a this location a year prior to the most recent stay. I thought the hotel was wonderful last year. This year, not so much. I cleaned the room because it was visibly dirty, particularly the bathroom. Also, the fire exit on the third floor was blocked by machinery.

We had a great time here. I’ve stayed here before and tbh this stay wasn’t as good as usual, but overall still a great hotel. Will book again.

Upon checking out I noticed they charged me for a no show charge on my account along with my regular fee, so in other words I was charged twice. So now I got to fight with the motel to refund my account for that no show charge.😡

The hotel was very nice. Check in was easy with friendly staff we even got an upgraded room. Nice surprise but it came with a price. They had no restaurant due to having no chef, not a big deal we ate out every day. The only thing we did not like was that our upgrade was to a floor that was for long term stays and the tenants had all their garbage in the hall which started to smell. It was finally removed after we said something to the front desk. The room was nice and clean except there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Great location but there is not much open on weekends because it is a business district. All and all nothing major for us to be disappointed and we would definitely go back

I booked this hotel as it was very close to the PPL arena where Trans-Siberian Orchestra was playing. I was able to walk there in just a couple of minutes.

A lot of love clearly went into renovating the Americus, & we loved the classic details, historic photos, & great location — it is steps from the Allentown Art Museum, the Symphony Hall, the PPL, & a bunch of restaurants. We were charmed.

The staff at the front desk and for the valet parking were very helpful and professional. Beautiful, clean, and convenient hotel! Will definitely be staying here again.
