The hotel is very nice, exquisite, and the service is attentive and considerate. It feels better than the domestic four-star standard. The front desk speaks English very well, and there is no problem with communication, but neither of them speaks Chinese. Most of the young staff can speak a little English, but the older ones can't. There are many foreign guests staying here: Europe, America, India, South Korea, etc. The hotel is in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, and a relatively large shopping mall. It is not far from several major attractions and is very suitable for city walks. The room was clean and warm, the suite was spacious, and it was quiet at night. The breakfast is also quite rich, basically Western, Russian and Kazakh food, but it is also very comfortable to eat.

The hotel provided good value for a business or standard (but not luxury) tourist traveller. I would definitely stay again. That said, there are some things the hotel really must work on. Firstly, personnel service - the front desk is sometimes unmanned, and moreover there is no room service whatsoever, so you cannot eat after the main restaurant closes. Secondly, the breakfast is not great and presents rather limited options for a traveller with western breakfast tastes (is more aligned to local tastes). Thirdly (and I have seen this in at least one other review), there is a serious problem with the hot water system. You need to leave the water running for a very long time (not good for preservation of resources) before it starts to warm up. And it never seems to get fully hot. Hoping the hotel takes these comments on board.

I think it's a reasonable hotel. It was very clean and convenient for the price. Shower room only. The drainage of the drain was a little bad, but it was a relatively good hotel. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from the breakfast buffet, but other than that, the quality was high, there was a wide variety, and everything was delicious.

Stayed here in July 2023 with family and friends. The hotel is right in the middle of Almaty and we walked everywhere, including to many amazing restaurants and bars. The property appears to be new, and may be related to the other older Kazzhol (where I have also stayed). The rooms are large, bright and light filled. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the availability of lots of power sockets. There is a separate area for the bags and closet, which keeps the room open. The mini-fridge was stocked and the WiFi was strong. The only gripe I have about the room is that the toilet is set up in a strange spot, right next to the bathroom sink. Else top marks for everything. Breakfast was better than most places we stayed at across Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan on our trip, with a varied selection. Laundry was quick, efficient and decently priced. There is also an ATM in the lobby for money access. Overall I liked the hotel and it was the best on the entire trip.

Almaty, Kazakhstan seems to be a European city. Hotel Kazzhol Park fits right in with that feeling. It is located in the heart of the city, is modern, clean, very nice. My room is spacious with a park view from the second floor. Rooms come with stocked mini-fridge, lots of bath accessories, safe for valuables, and hot water kettle. The included breakfast has a wide array of options and the chef will prepare eggs to your request. The staff is friendly and efficient. I really like this hotel and am impressed. I would happily stay here again.

Health is average, location is better

I booked this hotel at the last minute and was completely satisfied with the service, accommodations and location. The price was also good, and the hotel has an on-site restaurant that serves a full and varied breakfast, if that’s what you want. I’ve bookmarked the Kazzhol Park Hotel for my next trip to Almaty!

We stayed 2 nights, with a group. First night there was no hot water in the bathroom, so in the morning we asked to the reception to fix it. When we turned to the hotel in the night, there was still not hot water in the bathroom. We called several times to the reception and the repairman came twice, but he couldn't fix it. So we had to take shower late midnight in another dirty room.

Вопросов к размещению нет. В номере все чисто и все есть. Матрас и подушки удобные .Все соответствует описанию. Но завтрак это очень плохо. Не вкусно все. Вроде все необходимое есть, но не вкусно. Вопросы к повару и на завтрак и на ужин. Разочарованы.
