"We had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with anything that we needed. They were very accommodating and fulfilled our requests with ease. The pool was absolutely wonderful. It was the perfect temperature. It was not that cold and it was great being able to relax in the sauna. The hotel overall was very clean and very well maintained. The restaurant was absolutely lovely. There was so many decorations, especially for Christmas time, and it was so lovely being able to celebrate during the holiday holidays there too. The food was also delicious! We would definitely consider going back here again with our family! (4 year old and 4 month old) oh also breakfast was great! So many choices and they were all so tasty!!"

"I loved my stay here. The staff are very helpful, especially Albina who has been very helpful towards me. Getting a late check out although I had to pay like 50% off the rate. The hotel comes with a lot of amenities and especially I like the gym and the sauna in the winter month. It is so close to most of the places and arbat street. Getting into everywhere I convenient staying here and it has got nice coffee shops close by."

However, one of the night staff (name showed as Алишер on WhatsApp) kept messaging me about showing me the city and told me to prepare money, including more money if I wanted to go to clubs. It felt unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I hope the hotel looks into this."
