Hotel was average would not give it 5 stars for the reasons below: Cleaners used to clean the room at 3pm. Food was mostly the same including the desserts. Ice cream was not included. We had a fridge in our room but it never got topped up with drinks, snacks etc. Cleaning was not great and could improve. Overall i’d give this hotel a 3 out of 5 stars for the below reasons.

Great hotel and the best animators! friendly, take care of guests, encourage people to be active - they can integrate people :) A large selection of activities - zumba, aqua aerobics, water polo. I will recommend it! It was excellent time!!

The worst 5 stars hotel, first of all do not expect an resort is just an city hotel and this is fine but for a 5 STARS hotel the food is horrible ( we had to eat outside couple of days because was nothing to eat) everything is pretty much going bad some tomato cucumbers and cheese you can eat and everyday same thing, they don't have fruits just apple and oranges nothing else which i find horrendous, I'm not coming in holiday just to eat but at least to be quality for the room prices. Only one bar by the pool 24/7 and hard to find someone to speak English. The best thing about this hotel is the beach which is not in front of the hotel but the water is amazing

Very good beautiful place had a fantastic time in and out of the hotel with my daughter the animation team is very good and have lots of fun I would highly recommend this place to anyone with or without family lots of activities all through the day 😀

Avoid this hotel. The food in the restaurant is always cold at meal times they have no facility at the buffet area to keep the food warm. A lot of the food is spicy and does not taste good mainly all food is in a sauce. We went all inclusive bad move as could not eat a meal. The deserts are alright but no signage so don't know what they are. You are given drinks in paper cups non are branded even hot drinks in paper cups. The hotel entertainment team play Turkish club music AM to PM which after a while does give you a headache takes away relaxing sunbathing. The entertainment team are only interested in entertainment for themselves we requested some English songs they would not play them they also have their own parties. Nearly all the hotel staff don't make any effort in speaking English they all don't have a clue what I was saying expect two of them and none of the staff will say hello the only one that does is the young entertainment lad who wears his hat backwards sorry I forgot your name. They don't do any entertainment at this hotel and not a lot of seating area to have a drink.The beach area is alright but a small space and the beach bar is not on the beach they only do soft drinks and one kind of beer at that bar which is a let down. I have given the one star as the hotel room is good and the snack bar at 3pm do chips that are hot. The hotel does not really cater for British people. Also the hotel would not be good for children as nothing for them to do and also the main pool is very deep. During our stay we had one guy in the restaurant who said the management know the issues but will not change them. We only used the hotel in the end of drinks and went out everyday for food. We will not be coming back to this hotel again.
