Nice facilities. Waiting for the elevator at least 10'. Rude staff. At least absurd rules, for example inside the completely closed room to eat breakfast on top of each other and outside there are dozens of empty tables but it is forbidden... the lady who gave the children survivor type competitions was wonderful! There was a good lifeguard, big pool but every day the same hair in it, even in the morning so the water was not filtered, only full Chlorine. At lunch, I saw next to me a lady who had paid for 2 meals for her two children (she didn't eat anything herself, she didn't have a plate or food) and she dared to taste their food, being publicly humiliated in a full hall because she allegedly ate junk food! Obscene behavior. People only have it for the rapture

Where do I even begin! The breakfast below average and repeated (croissants, chocolate puffs) all frozen. Spaghetti lunch and nothing else every noon and every night. Most lunches we ate salads. Dinner one of the same! frozen chicken bites and chicken schnitzel so we eat in a nearby tavern in the village. Drinks of below average quality and coffee that you couldn't drink, every day we got it from outside. Average cleanliness if we didn't tell the cleaners they wouldn't have come but it wasn't their fault when they had to clean so many rooms 2 cleaners I should point out that we had a small child and we were changing diapers so many times we asked them to take only the trash. 1 elevator for 4 floors and it's slow, we made feet from going up and down. Pools without tiles and without umbrellas. A few sunbeds who caught the master saw. Plus the beach was right in front. The girls at the reception are polite as well as the ladies who worked at the buffet willing and polite Parking if you have time otherwise outside Stay 12 days

My daughter and I spent a very nice week at the Stefania hotel where the whole team went out of their way to satisfy us. The rooms are dated but clean. The food is quite satisfying and varied. The all inclusive is very complete, even including cocktails. Thanks to the kindness of Angela, Aneta, Lukia, Christina and all the others. The manager is also very attentive and keen to make your stay perfect. The small beach a stone's throw from the hotel is unpretentious and picturesque, the water is clear and warm. There are plenty of deckchairs and umbrellas and in good condition. We have a good rest there. The swimming pool is pleasant but noisy in the evening (normally children play) so you can relax in the lounges near the outdoor bar where it is calmer. The small town center is a 15-minute walk away, there are a few bars and ice cream parlors and local mini supermarkets. It is best to have a car. To visit Athens we took the bus and the metro, it is a very secure city. There were very few foreign tourists so the immersion was complete. The Greeks are kind and helpful. I was still shocked to see the quantities of food thrown away every day. The Greeks have no ecological awareness, plastic reigns supreme and people use 10 cups per day....it's worrying for the future....I love Greece despite everything, the island of Eubee is to be discovered!

The accommodation was fine. Partly it was well renovated. Certain rooms detailed with old wallpaper and furniture. Too bad there are not enough staff in the restaurant and bar, so you have to wait a bit for a place to be cleaned or to get a drink at the bar. Receptionist and manager very friendly. The food is quite good, but don't expect an extensive buffet. It is perfectly doable for 1 or 2 days. And pool water is salty. Accommodation does offer access to a pebble beach, but is a bit remote from the center.

Perfect service at the reception from Ms. Stavroula. In the restaurant and bar, Constantios, the manager tirelessly always by our side to provide enjoyment. The rooms a bit old but all clean.

Excellent service, excellent staff with a good attitude! Very good choice for families! Value for money the all inclusive package!!!! The kids had a great time in the pool. The location is great!
