Our party of four 'senior citizens" enjoyed our second holiday at Carolina, seven months since the first occasion. Our booking was for two nights, we ended up spending four till the 15th of April. The service levels were just exemplary. Imagine being recognized and thanked for coming again, by all from reception to the garden staff, simply unimaginable. The restaurant service, and fare served were enjoyable at every meal, room service and hygiene were perfect. Congratulations, to a fantastic team with remarkable leadership, working together to develop a rather "tired hotel". The customer count is supporting them.

The place is good and the service they provided is splendid. Food quality overall is really good (specially seafood) There was a small problem with a dish and they immediately rectified it. Can recommend for anyone to visit.

Relaxing place with comfortable rooms, food was very delicious, beach and the pools are amazing. Hotel has an asset of hardworking staff. The general manager Mr. Vasudewa Senanayake was very friendly to every guests. Location is perfect to search.

My visit is for leasure Holidays super place to stay. Excellent hospitality. Staff are very kind and pleasure to service at any time. Mr. Vasu GM he have planned best entertainment to us. We really had good time there. Hope to visit again

We spent very lovely environment . We celebrated our wedding anniversary . It is nice arranged by the staff. A cake, large Fruit basket. Nicely done the bed decos. Specially need to thnxx. ms. Dilima, FOM thusith Ex.HK. and Restaurant SuSupervisors. Ms. Sansala FO. All are in smilly faces . Courtesy . Cheers . We hope to visit again and again .

this hotel definitely needs an upgrade/makeover. the matresses are pretty lumpy and the bathrooms a bit smelly. Very lovely accommodating staff and the food was pretty good. great rates for beers………..

Mr Wakudeva and Eshwanti make this a memorable place to get ready for the Tuk Tuk race here in Sri Lanka. They took care of all 60 teams for the race with out a hiccup. Give it a great review when you go there, it is a true hidden gem.

Cozy property.....on the beach. Spacious AC cottage rooms. Biggest swimming pool I have come across. Also a banquet hall, for functions Fantastic hospitality especially by Kanishka and Ms.Dilema. Definitely a re visit worth.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative specially nimanthi, who helped in every aspect. Wishing all the staff all the best. The location is great. The swimming is gigantic. The facilities are simply superb

This is the wotst hotel I visited .The hotel is totally isolate only 2 or 3 rooms were booked we checked in for lunch worst experince at lunch they served us the leftovers from a wedding . No selections only a set menu with there choices spicy rice, chicken. Curry , potato tempered, prawn devil, and greenpee and carrot curry with a little bit of cashew . Rubber jelly with ice cream and fruit salad for dessert. The roons are given on garden view beds are words the sprins prick our bodies beds are very noisy the cold of the AC is not enough to calm down the hot temprature .I just checked into this hotel not even one hour yet even arrivzl exprience is this bad. Nothing to talk about the rest of it.In vain of money and the far we came to Chilaw this far fro. COLOMBO.

We being travelling to very so called star graded hotels.we found Carolina Beach hotel can be graded to 5 star for their hospitality..we were so impressed from the driver who picked us up who was so punctual and kind to us.The welcome by the front office young folk was amazing and the General Manager I found a down to earth Gentleman who has trained his staff well. Room was exceptional and decorated beautifully for my birthday. From there the Restaurant staff was with their hospitable smile. Ready to serve and much which impressed me was bringing curries even to the table extramile. my husband works at a 5 star hotel in colombo and I am also a hotelier now a Managing director of my own company on Training and etiquette. So I look to the smile and service..cleanliness its so perfect..sorry we have not got all names of the staff Thusitha was at service at anytime made us feel at home. Nimasha at the Restaurant made us feel so welcoming when we walked into the Restaurant. The private beach is so clean well maintained and the pool is so clean..we hope to be regular guests at Carolina Beach hotel..and have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel.

Dead hottel after 21:30hrs.when we ask something from restaurant they have answer not available they have explanation after covid everything's collapsed.the bed in our room totally disaster they have spring mattress we can feel springs give us pain all night next day morning we wakeup with back pain.the car park totally blind after 21:30 no safty for our vehicles at all.food was normal but taste is not so nice lot of spicy. I cant recommend this hottel with this condition they shoud change mattress .should be provide lights for car park and meny more things to update
