Had a really great experience with Taj Amer. The team was exceptionally wonderful. Very warm, kind and helpful. Will not leave this section without mentioning Ms. Mahi and Mr. Himanshu for being so generous and arranging beautiful surprise for my little baby Shivansh. Thankyou so much! :)

great hotel

I recently stayed at Taj Amer, Jaipur with my family and kids, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist. A special thanks to Chandrkala, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay and ensured everything was comfortable for our family. The Holi celebration arranged by the hotel was fantastic, with proper arrangements and a very safe and enjoyable environment, especially for kids. My children had a great time and truly enjoyed every moment. The food was delicious, and both the check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we really appreciate the hospitality extended by the entire team. Thank you for making our family trip so special.

I was there at Taj Amer Jaipur for one day to celebrate the special occasion of 3rd B'day of my son, and reached out to Chandrakala for all planning and making the occasion more special for my wife and son and to my expectation and little more surprise, she managed everything so well, she made the arrival, overall stay, experience of my wife and son entering the decorated room very special. She was a great host during my entire stay at Taj. Also, I would like to mention following people name who made it all possible - Nilesh, Aryan, Amit Tiwari and Himanshu. I would also like to mention a special thanks to Himanshu who really made us feel like to we are at one of the most prestigious properties of India where serving the customer is the prime objective, even though it might take a little more effort from team. Thanks, Chandrakala, Himanshu and team for making this visit and stay a memorable one. I will look forward for more such visits and experience which can add more to such memories.
