"There are good and bad. Staff is good and very helpful. Cons are as below: 1. Room size is pretty small , with low ceiling making it look even smaller 2. Location is away from city . It’s my fault too I should have checked the location 3. The property is very small with just 6 rooms. So essentially it’s just for stay and nothing else 4. Breakfast options are limited. It’s by order and not a buffet option 5. Food is expensive almost the price of 5 star property 6. I didn’t feel value for money"

"The hotel staff is really nice and accomodating. We were able to do an early check-in and when there was no hot water they moved us to a better room. If you like to get away from the hustle and bustle from the city, this area is perfect. The amber fort is only 10 minutes walking away. Very friendly people when you walk in the streets. If you want to be close by the centre, I wouldn't recommend as a tuk tuk is around 200 inr to get there."

"We had gotten a bit tired of India hustle and needed a place for rest. Artisav House was exactly that. The house is calm, the area is calm, apart from some wedding venue music, which is expected in India. We had two nights of beauty rest in the Jaipur room, which is beautifully decorated and overlooking the mountains. The staff, Amit and Co. Are some of the friendliest people you will meet, always forthcoming, going the extra mile to help and assist. The chef makes THE BEST Indian dishes, you have to preorder, as they go and buy what they need for your food, and prepare it from scratch. We had special spice needs, which was attended and we have 0 complaints. The Artisav House is worth a visit if you want to live in a home away from home, and the transportation back and forth from the city and Amber Fort with Uber was no problem. 10/10, we are so thankful for the great experience and will come back next time we are in Jaipur."

"Hotel was very bad, rooms were smelling and furniture in rooms is very old and no set top box was there for tv. Bathrooms very dirty. We selected room with breakfast but in breakfast they provided only aalu pratha (which contains aata only) and tea and that also in limited quantity. Overall very bad experience, will not recommend to stay in it."

"Stayed for two nights with the group. Super welcoming staff, amazing hospitality, sumptuous food. They served hot food even at odd hours. There was not a single no from staff regarding any request. Clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Must go."

"A fantastic hotel ! We originally booked a 2 night stay but were so delighted with the hotel we stayed for 5 nights. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was clean , well appointed and beautifully decorated. The food was so delicious we decided to eat in the restaurant each evening. The pool was inviting … clean and well maintained. There were showers and pool towels available. The location was ideal for visiting everything Jaipur has to offer. I highly recommend this hotel !"
