According to Trip.com's search results, my colleague chose one. The local colleague said that the location of this house was very good, so I chose this one. It turns out to be a great choice, not only the transportation location is convenient, safe, but also there are many shopping malls and restaurants around. The key is that the service is superb, the clerk is very polite and friendly to the in-house guests, the room is very spacious, breakfast will come to greet and take the initiative to pour tea, and will understand the opinions and suggestions of customers.

The location of the hotel is good, although it is under construction on the side of the main street, it can be reached within a 5-minute walk. Old-fashioned hotel, although the hardware is a bit old, but it can still meet the normal clean and tidy needs. Room service was quick to respond and the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Hotel personnel and vehicles have to go through security checks when entering, so it is very safe. There are also many supermarkets and restaurants around. Overall it is worth recommending.

Stayed here for 2 nights at the start of a week’s tour of Jordan. Arrived in the early hours of the morning and was given a bag with sandwiches, cake and fruit which was appreciated. Room was comfortable and food on the second day very good. There were a couple of bars, one of which had a happy hour. Getting served here was a bit shambolic. Lots of people queueing and querying their bills. The barman didn’t seem to be able to work out the discounts correctly and there were lots of disgruntled guests. However, the decor in the bars, and in the hotel itself, was lovely and we had a pleasant stay.

They dispose of a delicious buffet type breakfast and dinner. We specially remember Mr. M. Senawi in the restaurant, he was very attentive and helpful in making sure we were enjoying our meal. We recommend his capuccinos! Only negative thing I would say are that the prices for the drinks are expensive. Thank you for your kindness! If we ever come back to Jordan we'll repeat in Sulaf Hotel.

We stayed overnight in City Rose on our way to Jerusalem and then returned for another two nights and it was a most enjoyable experience. Our suite was spacious and clean and the breakfast provided was more than adequate. But the best quality about this property is the outstanding customer service - Ahmed and Hussam at Reception, Noor and his breakfast team and the Security man who returned the money I dropped - so impressive. They also took care of our luggage while we were in Israel for four days and not having to cart large suitcases was certainly a blessing. There was nothing the staff would not do to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This property comes highly recommended as it is located among many restaurants and shops. Cheers - Juls
