"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The first room was not clean, and we found a large cockroach in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable. The staff moved us to another room, and we appreciate that effort. However, the second room had a strong cigarette smoke smell, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The only positive part of our experience was the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a good variety of food. Considering this hotel is located in Abdali Boulevard, where you would expect a much higher standard of service and cleanliness, the overall experience was far below expectations. The hotel is not clean, the rooms need much better maintenance, and the price is absolutely not justified by the quality of the stay. It is significantly overpriced for what it offers. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others."

"After a long trip back by bus from Petra, we were looking for a comfortable hotel close to the Al Abdali Jett bus terminal. The Marriott is 1.3km from the terminal (take an Uber rather than walk for 1-2JD). It is quiet, very comfortable and we were positively surprised when we found out that our rate included breakfast (which was outstanding). Al Terrazzo restaurant was also excellent, sitting outside by the pool and serving until 11pm. The swimming pool (15m X 10m) opens at 9am but the gym is open 24h. Highly recommended."

"This hotel is located in a quite diplomatic area near 4th circle. Many taxi drivers find it hard to locate due to many one ways and security cordons nearby. We need to catch a cab, for anywhere you want to go. The hotel cabs are expensive and there are no taxi stands nearby. The hotel is quite, the restaurent and bar is good. Special thanks to Mustafaa who provided us with very good choice of food and wine in the restaurent. The rooms are clean and facilities were good. The front office were helpful. Special mention to Hamsa who helped us in organising some local tours. I have to mention the inefficiancy and carelessness of Mohamed of front office who could not help us when a taxi chap was fleecing us. He could not give us a room with king bed when we checked in second time. We provided a taxi number (50 -39812 ) to lodge a complaint, he expressed his helpnessness. We had a wonderful time and hospitality through out Jorden but for this. But overall, the hotel is good, breakfast wassame all the day. The WIFI is very very slow. The pool is good. Remember, the hotel charge you 26% taxes but will provide you with a "Information bill only"."

"This hotel is wonderful, and what made it even better were the staff. You feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The young man at the door who helps with parking is very kind and his manner was excellent with us and our children. We felt incredibly welcomed due to his fantastic greeting, his smile, joking with the kids, playing with them, and giving them drinks every time we entered the hotel. He even put a sunshade on our car without us asking – thank you! The room was clean and smelled lovely. The breakfast was good, but it could use more variety. The staff working in the breakfast area were very helpful and cheerful, and the young man preparing food in the kitchen always had a smile. Also, the gentleman supervising the pool did an excellent job looking after the children. Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality and exceptional welcome. You will always be my first choice whenever I visit Amman."

"I had an issue with the in-room refrigerator not working, and I had medications that needed to be stored at the reception and retrieved upon request. Moreover, some staff members, especially Ahmed, were moody and very impolite. After I filed a complaint with the management, the exemplary employee Jihan, with her excellent manners and professionalism, saved the day by providing us with a working refrigerator in the room. Also, whenever food was brought in, we had to sign for it every time without any published policy or explanation. The staff deserves intensive training in professional customer service. I will repeat the experience with their respectable hotel chain and because of Jihan's excellent service."
