Park Mansion Hotel

The penthouse at Park mansion is amazing. It has an excelente view of Vondelpark, an excellent view of the neighborhood from the lovely terrace, AC, all the facilities. It is very well located. And the hospitality of Ferry and his team was great. I definitely recommend Park Mansion if you are planning a family vacation in Amsterdam.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Park Mansion Hotel—it immediately charmed us with its art lined walls & winding staircase, and our room was a light-filled, clean, and cozy oasis. We particularly enjoyed being able to look directly onto Vondelpark and enjoy the music on King’s Day! It was a very short walk to the Rijks, Van Gogh, and Stedelijk museums, and the owner/host Ferry was lovely—very kind, friendly, and helpful. We would absolutely book here again.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days. Wonderful location close to shopping and both Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum. Ferry is an outstanding host. Very warm reception and a stocked fridge is a nice treat after a long day of traveling. Far above a typical chain hotel experience. I highly recommend staying here.

Excellent empire room.. accessibility is not great but host offered to carry my luggage up.. was like living in a museum and a great CD collection.. Must stay

Great location, stunning room and great friendly service !

While many of the reviews are terrific, I had a terrible experience that I feel obligated to share with each of you. I made a reservation with a $2000 deposit for use of one of Charles' apar**ents in Amsterdam 8 months in advance. After several months of silence, I followed up to re-confirm the booking 1 month in advance and Charles told me he sold the building he rented (Petit Prince Amsterdam) and had no other availability. He then stopped responding to my emails, texts and calls and has not returned the $2000 deposit that I provided him. I am out $2000 with no accommodation and no refund. I had to book elsewhere last minute which caused me to incur significant expense. Please be vary wary of advance payments to Charles. I have very little hope of ever receiving either the accommodations I booked nor the money I advanced as a down payment. Stay Away.
