"The listing mentioned a renovation in 2026, which was the main reason I booked. However, I'm not sure what part of the hotel was renovated. The room curtains were very dirty, full of dust underneath. The 0.8m single bed was incredibly small, and I couldn't sleep all night. There was a constant sound of running water from upstairs. When I woke up, I took a shower immediately because I was so itchy – I suspect the bed sheets weren't clean. On the positive side, it's very close to the airport, a 10-minute drive, and they offer a free shuttle service."

"Located at the heart of the historical area. Extremely great location. Walking distance to many attractions such as flower market just next to the hotel, museums, canal river boat, cycling, night district plus many lovely restaurants surrounding. Room is fine for a family of 3. Had an extra bed set up. If you skip your room cleaning on the day then you will have a complimentary drink voucher which can be used at the bar. There is a car park next to the hotel where u can park. Just get information about the car park entry from the front desk. Staff are very helpful and kind with smile. Bike rental available. Front desk may also assist in arrange sightseeing suggestions and ticketing! Warm services. Nice breakfast! The exterior of the hotel is nice! We’d love to come again during our next visit!"

"Everything was great about the hotel apart from; A. On match day the area around the arena, between the hotel and the station is a bit scruffy B. They gave our room away without telling us because we were late. We had paid up front, and the guy at the desk was eventually able to sort it. But I think they should really let us know if they are going to sell our room to someone else and ideally give us the option to let them know we're still coming, just running late."

The service staff is very enthusiastic, and a glass of welcome champagne was given on the day of arrival. Mr. Bora from the Omber bar specially made two cocktails according to my taste, thank you very much. The only drawback of the hotel is that I was given a room opposite the elevator, which was very noisy. In addition, the water temperature in the bathroom was not hot enough, I hope the hotel can improve it"

"First room provided had a small window, that can onky be reached with a ladder. The claustrophobic feeling creeps in. Request a change of room, and was provided with one that is much better. Breakfast was OK, limited spread. No hot water in the morning as the overall heating system was down apparently. Checked out, and was given a free taxi voucher to go to our next destination. Good service saved the unfortunate circumstances. Kudos to the front office team thar managed this. Thank you."

"I booked this hotel near Amsterdam at the last minute for my flight, and I couldn't believe it when I saw the price was just over 200 (currency not specified), so I booked it immediately. The room was good, and the bar downstairs (which is also the breakfast area) was lively with an event, but I was too tired to join. Breakfast was excellent with a great atmosphere, and I also rented a hotel bike to cycle around."
