Hotel overall not bad. Staffs polite and room cleanliness. However, breakfast on Saturdays was extremely packed. Over 200 people had breakfast at the same time, although hotel already opened all the available area for guests. 1 April we were experienced the "April fools", woke up by fire alarm at 0730 and run down to the building because someone smoke in room activated smoke detector 😮💨 one guest lift malfunction, at least wait 3 or 4 lift during peak hour. Hotel should clearly show the staircase able to use while one lift not operating.

The hotel was nice, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t very diverse but it was enough to have a normal, healthy breakfast.

Location super convenient, walking distance to train station. Reception staff was helpful,allowed us to store our luggage’s as we arrive early in the morning.Breakfast buffet has many varieties. Will choose this hotel again when I travel next visit to Amsterdam.

I really liked this hotel because of everything! We booked this with breakfast that we didn’t expect much but it was great! So clean, so tasty and also the place was so spacious.

Hotel was located at a prime location with easy access to centraal. But room amenities were below average. And nothing was there to wash face. And menu for breakfast was average as well.

Self check in is quite convenient. With a cafe downstairs. Room is nice

I like the hotel and the value for money meets . Only , There should be a safe and fridge in the room . This is very important. There should be a bus or something to central or nearest metro .

Good hotel with a great view from the upper floors. The staff was helpful and friendly. Not far from metro and bus stop. The only issue is that there are only 4 lifts in the whole hotel which has 14 floors I believe, so it’s really problematic during peak hours (e.g., breakfast) as it comes overcrowded from the upper floors and the stairs are for the emergency exit only.

About 10-15 minutes walk from the metro. The area doesn’t have a lot of tourist attractions immediately near. But it’s quiet and the hotel itself is a good spot. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel to stay in a quiet neighbourhood. It will be prefect to have a digital safe and a fridge in the room

It's a great bonus there is a food market less than 3 min walk from the hotel, no need to find a restaurant even though it is late when I get back to hotel

This hotel is great and easy to get into Amsterdam. It is a 12 min walk to the free ferry across the river to get to Central Station. The breakfast was solid, the rooms were clean. There are some interesting restaurants within walking distance and grocery store next door.
