Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Only issue we have was the noise level. The first night we have to call the front desk due to the noise from a party upstairs. The second day kids were running around and opening and shutting doors very loudly.

Although I've stayed at far worse places, La Quinta was average at best. Positives were the pool, workout facility, and breakfast. Breakfast could be changed up from day to day though. The clientele was kind of shady at times. Overall, it was clean. Would I stay there again? Probably.

Spent 9 days, the place was clean the staff was great, the only thing I didn’t like much was you had to notify the front desk when you wanted your room to be clean etc. Other than that everything was great

Hey I wanna to say that elevator is too old and just one for guests and employees.
The mattress on the queen bed was horrible for my back, very soft.
Breakfast, pool and other areas are excellent.

There was a nice lady working over night she checked me in early on January and told me it will be an extra charge to check in early which I was ok with it I reserve the place for 2 night January 1 to January 3 . 300$ after tax , on January second they asking me to check out they lie saying that I checked in on December 31 to January 2 and that was a lie I explain to the manager that I get charge extra to checked in early and all he said to me was that doesn’t count they will refund me the extra charge and I end up losing over 150$ never again don’t go there and mind you I’m a regular customer I stayed there everytime I’m in Massachusetts so never again so they kick me out and said I’m not allowed to come back lol after they stole my money

The reason why I chose this location was for the pool because I have a son with autism and he loves being in the water. So I thought this would be perfect. The day after check in we go to the pool only to find out it was closed for cleaning until 2pm. No problem. We wait until 2pm and still nothing. They said the chemicals used to clean the pool were too strong and have not diluted. All in all the pool didn’t open until about 4-5pm. He was only able to enjoy it for about an hour or so due to us having to get ready to go visit family for new years. So I think, ok, tomorrow is another day and he can enjoy the pool area before we head back home. Next day comes and once again the pool is closed for cleaning. Needles to say the child was very upset and I look like the bad guy because he doesn’t understand why it’s closed due to his special needs. And also the toilet see in my room was loose. So yes I was very disappointed with my stay.
