I booked the room through this app, however when I arrived the person working the front desk claimed there was an issue with payment. I handed her my card and thought all was fine. The next morning I noticed two separate charges to my account. One from this app for the correct amount, and another for $100.57 from the hotel. When I asked them about it they claimed they couldn’t find where I had been charged based on room number or name. Then said it was probably just a security deposit, despite the fact no one else that stayed there had the same charge. The manager refused to give her name, or look into it any further, and claimed that the charge would come off my account in a few day. The charge never came off, and I had to dispute it with my bank. I don’t know if this is some sort of scam they are running there or what. Either way I’m very dissatisfied with the location.
