Although outside the city a bit, they were quite helpful and one of the few hotels that accepted foreigners. I appreciated the front desk staff who were patient and quick to resolve this problem.

攜程鑽石會員，酒店入住較多已經不太評價。但為了給安慶這家天域花園酒店，特地拍了幾張照片，給到大家一個真實的情況反饋，重點有二：
①酒店7-8層裝修異味和甲醛超標嚴重的情況；
②酒店一名叫“宋勤”的經理滿嘴跑火車，忽悠客人的情況。
①首先入住前我是帶特地到現場要求看了高級大床和景觀大床再辦理的入住，高級房型是十年前的“復古”裝修，黴味等不多解釋，故入住7樓景觀，如圖。結果睡個午覺的功夫，頭暈微咳嗽（家裡裝修交付期同情況），所以整晚打開窗户聽樓下婚宴舞曲音響睡的覺，這裏建議帶家人小孩的千萬不要入住此房型；
②為了在這酒店給車子充電方便，結果發生小插曲，夜裡四點沒充滿的情況下車子被人直接拔槍，六點起來發現後找到前台、保安室均説有監控，但要掌管密碼的宋勤經理。該經理電話裏先是説充電樁位置是監控死角-然後説是要密碼，自己沒有-又説八點才上班，着急就報警去吧。
報警後，警察聯繫他七點就過來了，調取了可視監控，加密監控説加微信回頭給我用於處理，結果等了兩天，依然沒任何答覆。
所以綜上，這麼個面對問題優先想辦法糊弄住客的經理，還希望酒店引起重視。

這次是我住房以來最大一次差評，毫無任何舒適可言，酒店在明知熱水無法提供的情況下，讓客户入住，下班回來以後在不知情的情況下，進入洗澡間，等了很久都沒熱水，出來給前台打電話，才告知水管壞了，問了具體熱水供應時間，一直説過一個小時就可以了，一拖在拖直到夜裡一點半都沒有，你們早就知道無法供應，為何還讓我們一直等呢？由於當晚進入洗澡間被冷水淋到，當晚就發燒！第二天早上六點不到門外結婚鬧婚禮，基本就是沒法入睡的狀態，以後再也不敢再定貴酒店了！

4月30號晚熱水停供，説是管道爆列，晚上8點就停熱水，我們晚9點回房準備洗澡，脱了衣服放了10分鐘都未出熱水，隨即打電話到前台才知道熱水停供，之前既不通知也不説補救措放，後經多名旅客反映，才有人告知停水要到10點但我們從10點等到12點也未見熱水，又説凌晨3點保證供應，真是無語…：

每年也住不少酒店，這次也算是近五年來我遇到的最“個性”的酒店了，看着我揹着包進門，一個人坐在前台玩手機，另一個人一邊開發票一邊跟客人聊天，這裏就不點名前面是黃山市哪個部門的拿着公務卡消費跟前台小嫂子攀親戚了，見圖，六分鐘沒人接待，後來告訴我玩手機的是管宴會的？不是你們酒店的人嗎？那你們乾脆別開客房了全改成宴會廳唄。除了離高速出口近，實在找不到優點，不會再住。

整體印象不太好，要吐槽的地方可太多了，入住的時候強調了兩次要無煙房，結果居然有一間是麻將房，地毯上全是煙頭燙過的印子，麻將桌地下的紙巾，煙盒都沒有清理乾淨，非常噁心。毛巾筐裏還有上一批住客扔的毛巾沒有收，裏面還有口香糖。衞生條件堪憂。淋浴房玻璃門下沒有導水條，洗完外面地上全是水。門也不是自動關閉的重門，不太安全。隔音效果差，走廊的對話非常清晰。
要説亮點吧，每天傍晚有酸奶供應算是小小的亮點，打掃的人員態度也非常好。
周邊比較荒涼，配套幾乎沒有，不是很方便。

酒店的位置不錯，不過很荒涼，好像經營的不太好。後面是公園，馬路對面還有一個更大的公園，公園裡有荷花，開的花巨大，非常好看。公園修整的很漂亮。但是，酒店與公園之間有一個湧，臭氣熏天，酒店電梯是觀光梯，進去都臭昏了，好在房間裏聞不到。
晚上還送了小點心。
結帳的時候，我趕時間先走了，後來見到帳單有3元雜費，有些費解，打電話問了，説用了一個廁墊，但我們確實沒有用。後來他們查了告之找到了，又想辦法還給我3元，感覺他們還是很有責任心。

趁着五一小假期一家人出來玩的，早早預訂好了酒店，辦理入住的小哥哥很熱情，還贈送了小孩子早餐，酒店門口免費停車，和自租充電樁，電車充電很方便，房間也很舒適，大小很合適，衞生也比較乾淨，裝修風格也不錯，早餐很好，品種豐富，性價比很不錯
