前台服務非常好，特別温柔細心，看我們帶着行李一直送到房間。房間裝修很有鋼鐵元素和特色，周邊打車吃飯都很方便！聽朋友説現在他家是鞍山數一數二的酒店了，入住體驗很好，值得推薦！

住過最差的希爾頓，房間温度過高，28度，空調關了也不行，開窗還臨街，有點吵設施還算新，位置也方便。不知道是前台服務不行還是工人不行，第一次要拖鞋催了一次才給送，第二次晚上九點牆壁電源斷電，導致馬桶不能沖水，孩子要睡覺，工人等到快11點都沒來，再打電話還是説馬上，後來太晚了約了第二天早上，推個電閘的事兒，等了這麼久，不知道問題出在哪個環節，不能衹有好態度而沒有辦事效率。早餐還是不錯的。

到鞍山出差，攜程上看希爾頓花園酒店和逸林酒店都是一個地址，打電話諮詢後瞭解是兩個品牌都在同一個樓，逸林比花園等級高一些，房價也沒差太多，選擇了逸林酒店，一進酒店大堂春節氛圍濃厚，服務人員熱情禮貌，房間真的很好，入住體驗很好，下次有機會再來鞍山會繼續選擇希爾頓。

設施：剛進大堂第一感覺寬敞明亮，淡淡的香味，房間設施設備很先進。
衞生：即便是在下雪天，每次看地面也都很乾凈，給客人休息的沙發也是，感覺真的是很用心。
環境：新年的氛圍感濃郁，還跟小姐妹在新年大愛心下面拍了照片，超級唯美好看！😍
服務：服務更是沒得説，前台小哥哥小姐姐熱情主動幫助我提行李，辦入住，遇到的的問題第一時間熱心的幫我去解決，感覺心裏暖暖的。一樓大堂吧小姐姐做的的咖啡☕️也很好喝，下次一定還會選擇這裏！！👍👍

入住了鞍山希爾頓逸林，在前台辦入住領到了逸林的經典曲奇餅，並且贈送了精美的歡迎水果，很棒!!!雖然酒廊還沒開，但是2樓餐廳提供了歡樂時光，環境典雅清靜，食物出品的種類豐富，酒水選擇多樣化。西餐廳早上自助餐雖談不上驚艷，但也在希爾頓標準出品範圍內。另外，客房沐浴間裏的摺疊晾衣架和洗浴蓬頭下的中英文指示，非常人性好化。最後，也非常感謝鞍山希爾頓逸林酒店的專業前台服務團隊，特別前台值班經理，也留下了不錯的印象，Very good。

房間寬敞明亮，吧枱、茶桌、沙發、寫字桌一應俱全。
床品舒適，床墊枕頭都很好，還有蕎麥枕提供。
最重要的是交通方便，早上可以步行去虹橋早市，晚上逛小也是，出酒店還有小公園。出酒店左轉就有一家超市，早餐也很好，服務也不錯尤其前台服務熱情
