Nice hotel , good stay , food was excellent and the staff were friendly. Situated across the road from the main and a great restaurant boulevard. Bike rental across the road also. Entertainment in hotel is ok and the prices were good for drinks. Pool area is really nice with plenty on sunbeds available. I return again for more dental treatment in April and I will be looking for a good price for this hotel

I heard from a friend that Antalya is worth visiting the Mediterranean. It was my first time here. I looked for hotels on Ctrip and read reviews, and finally chose Crowne Plaza. Our family of three paid an extra fee to upgrade to a sea-view room in the lobby. From the welcome at the door to the reservation in the lobby , restaurant, cleaning service and dishes are all very good! You can watch the sunrise on the balcony at 7 o'clock in the morning, perfect! You must also enjoy swimming at the beach. The hotel has an underground passage leading to the beach. This design is great! It is recommended that the hotel set up a few umbrellas by the beach to make it perfect!

Greetings, During my stay at the hotel, I felt the need to write about the positives and negatives. (+) The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. It is said that hospitality will be guaranteed with regard to satisfaction. There have been some difficult situations lately, The gentleman by the name of Mehmet Altin provided us with the necessary instructions. Thanks to Miss Elif from the guest relations all the problems have been resolved and we have received gifts. I'm a neat guy so i love the cleanliness of the room. That was absolutely clean. They produce delicious and rich food. Bartender Dogan Demirhan is very knowledgeable and an excellent staff! The entertainment team amuses us and we have a great time. There's a tunnel to the sea When we have needs, people come to help us and give us their support. Turkish people are great! (-) Lobby bar personnel need to be trained to talk to the guest! Hotel doesn't have a lot of snacks. there are not enough deckchairs. There are only 1 slides as a Aqua park See you in the new year. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and guarantee!

My partner and I spent a week in Afsin and we truly enjoyed it. The hotel (including the pool) is incredibly clean. There are always two members of staff available to assist us. We must say, Yassin (one of the receptionist) was super helpful and friendly towards us, we are very thankful for this. Always happy to help! The cleaner (apoligies I can't remember her name) was also so kind and caring throughout the week. Also the location is perfect - you are 5 minutes away from the beach and main shops/restaurants. However, if you want to visit the old town either you order a taxi (which is around £5 one way) or rent a bike (we rented ours for 30 liras for the day) and it was fun :) Breakfast wise, it was tasty and there was enough variety of food. I wish it could have started slightly earlier, as some of the pick up time of the tourist trips are around 7.45 and Breakfast starts from 8. Many thanks, we felt very looked after.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks whilst having an operation in Antalya and working in the hotel reception downstairs remotely when I was back during business hours. The hotel has a lot of modern stuff. The keys are all electronic readers with decent sized rooms. The hotel has not been around for that long so most things here are new. The bathrooms have all wet room style in them with a chair included for those who struggle with disability or simply want to sit down in a shower and reflect on life. It's the kind of seat that would have been perfect in ****** Royale so that Eva Green didn't have to sit on the floor. Breakfast is served from 7.30-10 and mainly includes, cheese, salami, bread, olives, tomatoes, other vegetables, coffee, chocolate spread, butter. This is the only downside of here is that there is not a huge amount of variety in the breakfast but then again, they also do not have so many guests that stay continuously. They will also make omlettes if you want one chucking cheese, meat and peppers in. There is a supermarket directly opposite, a barber on the left and right and a cafe that has pizza, kebabs and burgers directly opposite also. If you walk left out of the hotel, cross the road and continue straight on at the next right, you will get to Konyaalti beach within 6 minutes walk or so. Everything is very close to the main beach strip where all the beach bars and restaurants / shops are. If you walk right and walk for about 5 mins, you will reach the highway section where bigger restaurants and some houseware shops / banks are. So here you have a lot of things close by and the hotel is the perfect half way point. The staff are very helpful here. They are always happy to make you ice coffees or cater to what you need. The cleaning staff are helpful also. Outback is a small swimming pool but at least enough if someone just wants to relax in the sun or swim in the pool a little bit. It's not quite Four Seasons poolside and there is no bar with drinks but then again that is also reflected in the price per night here. Laundry is 30TL for a load and they will do it for you and bring it to your room in the evening or the next day. So if you stay for 2 weeks, just give them your stuff at the end of the week. Hotel is also Covid safe too. Thanks to Kaan and all the other staff at the hotel for a great stay! I will be back

Чистота в номерах - уборка по запросу, но она есть 4. Номерной фонд старый, но все в рабочем состоянии. 5. Шикарный вид на море, так как отель на первой линии. Теперь о недостатках: 1. К сожалению, по вечерам основное преимущество - расположение на первой линии - ”превращается в тыкву”, так как в номере очень хорошо становится слышно музыку из прибрежных кафешек. Имейте в это виду. 2. Пляжем напротив лучше не пользоваться, а уходить направо или налево подальше, так как сразу под окнами отеля течет речка-вонючка, несущая свои ледяные и грязные стоки прямо в море. 3. Логистическая дыра - отель находится в таком неудобном месте, что рядом не ходят автобусы, а до ближайшей остановки на Ататюрк бульваре нужно идти минут 15-20 4. И самое главное - пугающее равнодушие сотрудников отеля (а главное- его хозяина) к проживающей на территории кошачьей семье. В первый же день я заметила худых, оголодавших, плачущих хвостиков, атакующих выходящих из ресторана гостей. Котятки дрались друг с другом за каждый кусочек пищи и просили еще, они были худые, запуганные, на них было больно смотреть. Подобная отчаянная ситуация странна, так как я привыкла, что в Турции хозяева жилых сите, ресторанов или отелей подкармливают соседствующих с ними бездомышей, ставят им водичку, заботятся, одним словом. А тут - просто безнадега... Я говорила по этому поводу и с ресепшн, и с хозяином отеля, и с другими сотрудниками. И если кто-то смотрел мне в газа и с самым честным видом утверждал, что ”их тут кормят прям каждый день”, то другие говорили, что, действительно, котов никто не кормит и не собирается это делать, что от них только ”г*вно”, и вообще, ”руководство даст 100 лир каждому, кто поймает кошку” (уж с какими дальнейшими целями - не ясно). Я же верила своим глазам, и видела оголодавшее, тощее, запуганное стадо хвостиков мал-мала меньше, которым ни разу сотрудники не налили воды и не вынесли ни крошки еды за все время моего пребывания. Все 14 дней, что я там жила, я приносила им сухого корма, покупала влажники, наливала воду, и при этом замечала, как менялось поведение котеек - они становились спокойнее, перестали появляться у дверей ресторана, начали играть друг с другом (а не драться из-за еды), словом, становились обычными веселыми котятами. Тем больнее было уезжать и оставлять их там с этими бездушными, черствыми людьми. Но, к сожалению, если ты говоришь с человеком о сострадании и милосердии к слабому, а он тебе в ответ про ”г*вно”, то такое черствое сердце уже ничто не исправит. Только если когда-то его самого или его детей постигнет такая же участь в будущем, можем быть, он что-то поймет... А пока что, уважаемые туристы, если вы будете отдыхать в этом отеле, пожалуйста, оставьте в вашем сердце чуть-чуть теплоты для маленьких бездомных котят. Вынесите им вареное яичко с завтрака или кусочек

Coming from the airport at night and having no opportunity to buy water, it was strange that now even bottles of water in the room were not found. The hotel is located in a quiet sleeping area. Transport is in 10 minutes of quiet walk. Meet and escort with a wonderful trim well-placed people ready to come to help on any issue whether football or leaving things for a couple of hours after leaving. Simple things were explained in English. The master quietly used the translator program (Turkish-Russian) to answer more complex questions. In half an hour walk, the beautiful new football stadium of Antalya Arena, the beautiful archaeological museum (by reviews), where I will look later.

The house is clean and tidy, with complete appliances. There is a supermarket 100 meters away. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, which can freely cook dishes suitable for taste. Outside the window is a pine forest, and you can walk to the beach in ten minutes. We continued to stay for a few more days. The front desk lady is very patient and friendly, will stay here next time.

This is a brand new property with HUGE rooms (compared to the rest of Europe and Turkey). Beautifully appointed, akin to what you would expect from US hotel rooms. we were checking in very late but the owner was responsive, and made sure he had someone at the front desk available to help us. Make sure you tell them when you are checking in/out so they can make sure somoene is there to help you! I would absolutely stay here again if we came back to Antalya.
