Nice hotel, clean. The main disadvantage was that the room's windows faced the street where the main entrance was and it was quite noisy due to passing traffic; there was not much difference between an open and a closed window. The renovation is recent, but signs of wear are beginning to show. 10 minutes to the beach, along the way: a vacant lot, a busy road, in some places there are no sidewalks. The street with restaurants is right next to it, it’s a little cheaper there than on the first line. I didn’t understand the cleaning - it was 4 nights, at the time of arrival the towels were perfectly clean, fresh, on the first day they changed the towels, on the second day I refused, on the third I hoped that at least the floor would be vacuumed with sand from the beach... but no. Breakfast is modest, sliced ​​cheese and sausage, olives, breakfast cereals, boiled eggs, some kind of deep-fried cheese rolls or fried sausages and a lot of good quality jam. In general, the hotel is not bad for the money, but there are a couple of nuances, I would rather return.

The facility I have carried out for business has welcomed me with a room quality much above my expectation. It is especially high quality and the equipment inside the room. I will say his life as a person who has been in hotels with comfort, I have never had a so-called bed before. Also, as a location, it can be called a very ideal place in the city, next to the Mediterranean University. The street shops under the facility are almost in a position to meet your needs. Hotel was as the pictures show. As expected because the rooms are all white it’s easy to see all the scuff marks left by previous visitors. The halls leading to the rooms have black carpets and neon pink lighting which can be a bit dizzying. The rooms have large mirrors on each wall. Felt a bit like a “love hotel” in that sense, if you know what I mean. The bathrooms were clean with instant hot water and a very powerful shower, although what was disappointing was the toilet, I value cleanliness a lot especially with a toilet, they have a basic bidet loo with the the spray nozzle really sticking out which wasn’t t clean at all, I would have preferred a spray gun. They left paper/plastic cups in the room for teas/coffees, apparently for hygiene reasons, the cups smelled like chemicals, I would have preferred a usual ceramic mug being a 5 star hotel. The facilities were in abundance, the spa was definitely a big winner for me. The staff (for the hotel) on the other hand hardly smiled, were uninterested and really unhelpful 99% of the time. I felt like I was a burden even when requesting simple stuff like a bottle of water. I found very few spoke any English, and look I get I’m in a foreign country but if you’re going open up you lands to tourists at least be a bit prepared for the most spoken language in the world! I even used google translate at times but that didn’t seem very useful as for reasons unknown to me the staff still didn’t understand what I was asking for… I went in June, so the outdoor pool was open, I opted to use the indoor pool due to the high temperatures, it was nice that I had it all to myself, the pool was clean but the woods bordering the pool was wearing away and cracking. The hotel food wasn’t that great, I tried breakfast buffet once which was ok I guess for being around £6-7 pp. The lounge menu was dreadful, I ordered a ribeye steak that took 45mins only to be served with a thin overcooked, dry tuna looking thing. I tried to explain this wasn’t ribeye or anything that resembled a steak, they didn’t seem interested and were quick to hand me the bill. Outside the hotels is boulevard, a parade of around 30ish restaurants and coffee shops. Teaming with energy and life, they close around 1am every and have a lovely atmosphere. Prices are not too steep with a decent meal setting you back around 250tl. I’ve got to say I felt unwelcome in turkey, I also went to Istanbul a couple of weeks before this and had a similar experience. Perhaps I’m biased, I was a solo male traveler with a Middle Eastern /Asian complexion, I tipped well, spoke politely and tried not to bother too many people yet I felt like I shouldn’t be there. I have since learned by one of the cafe owners that Turks don’t actually like people of my “complexion” or anyone resembling Middle Eastern people which is disappointing, and the end of the day if you want the tourism be a bit more hospitable at the very least in the hotels.

Very good, the best hotel in Antalya. I like it very much. The sea view room is very beautiful. There is a smoke smell in the room. The Turks like smoking. It seems that they smoke from the balcony.

The location is fantastic, and it’s not noisy from the street. The staff is very helpful and always on call. My economy room was small but included good size bed, wardrobe, mini fridge with 3 free bottles of non alcoholic drinks as a welcome gesture, powerful aircon and a kettle. The downsides: the walls are so thing you can hear all the other lodgers. I’ve heard the conversations of the people upstairs like they were in same room. Every time they walked up there or turned on the bed, the ceiling was squeaking . Earplugs didn’t help. The other issue was the shower cabin. It was badly stained with mould on the corners. Hopefully the hotel staff might be sorted with the bleach. Also the hairdryer didn’t work and was dusty

I’ve been this hotel 4 times but won’t stay ever again soon as I was about to check in there was no confirmation even though I had a voucher waited over a hr to find my details then I upgraded to all inclusive at extra cost 2 days in to my embarrassment I service staff came running out to the pool saying I wasn’t all inclusive and marched me to reception to her horror they staff told her there was a mistake again really disappointing stay

We stayed here for 4 nights in August, which I assumed was crowded due to the busy travel season. Also being in the city centre the hotel seemed to attract a lot of work travellers than tourists. What we liked - Comfortable large rooms - Taxis available on push of a button at the hotel - Very well maintained property and hotel amenities What we did not like as much 1. Food: The breakfasts had a decent spread but was among the mediocre ones we in all our stay at Turkey. It was a pure buffet system with no eggs to order (or at least no one asking you for it). We also ordered room service one day for dinner (not very expensive) and definitely better than breakfast. However, the San Sebastián cheesecake was a pass. 2.Laundry services - the most annoying part of our experience. Our second batch of laundry of wet clothes remained unattended to for 3 days despite several repeated reminders to house keeping and reception. It was almost shameful considering the number of times we had to follow up and still find no help. Overall while it was a comfortable stay and property is located in city centre (away from the old town tourist buzz), I am tempted to knock off more for the laundry experience - however that would be unfair considering the otherwise decent experience we had here.

I spent seven nights at this 5 star luxury hotel. When I arrived I was taken aback at the beautiful decor. The reception and lounge areas are impressively decorated to the highest standard. The hotel boasts a beautiful large upper deck, sparkling pool and sun beds. There is a middle deck and a stunning lower deck at sea level for tanning and a swim in the sea. The food is exquisite, catering for all diets. The hotel is spotless and all the staff are friendly and go that extra mile. I felt at home and welcomed by all. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, gym, library, massage facilities and spa. There is the most beautiful deck offering refreshments at the front of the hotel, perfect for relaxing with a cup of Turkish tea or coffee and a cheese cake, whilst taking in the scenery. I highly recommend this hotel as a top class facility where you will feel welcome, relaxed and pampered!

Lovely hotel which is spotlessly clean and modern with big comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly and greet you with a big smile and are willing to help with local information etc. Breakfast has ample choice of hot and cold food. Threre is a well equipped gym. The hotel is conveniently situated for the tramline to and from the otogar and airport. It is also very close to IKEA. Very happy with our stay and will be back !
