Had a fantastic trip to Changbai Mountain during the May Day holiday! So lucky that Tianchi Lake was open. The hotel is quiet and clean, and not far from a popular street with many trendy restaurants. They have an outdoor hot spring, and the scrubbing attendant was so thorough I felt like I had brand new skin! The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. This was by far the most comfortable stay I've had with my kids. I originally booked a special offer room without breakfast, but upon check-in, they upgraded us to a twin room with 1.5-meter beds, which was perfect for staying with children.
