Excellent all round - amazing superior room facing over the Parc Stadt. Massive bed and water provided alongside the usual refreshments. Beautiful city, breakfast and bar staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel. Great staff

The parking lot is super hard to find. There are one-way lanes all around and the entrance to the parking lot is very narrow.

Carpet in the room dirty, bathroom small but neat, price/quality a bit too expensive

Great hotel. Good price/quality ratio. Unfortunately, there was no longer a parking space available. A late checkout (after 11:00) was also not possible. Cleaning started early and that was clearly audible. Unfortunately, there is little chance to sleep in. Nice shower and clean bathroom.

The hotel is located in the city center, you can walk to various attractions, and the hotel has its own parking lot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Had a nice stay at the hotel. It was clean and tidy. Did not use breakfast service. The only point of criticism was that the use of the car park was not notified in advance by the tour company that it was Euro 19 per day. Paid half in the end. There was also no information bulletin in the room about the facilities in the hotel. (safe/breakfast/telephone/lighting/TV remote control/cleaning)

The breakfast foods are excellent and plenty foods you can choose too. The team are very assistanting to the guest, and very friendly, and smiling. I will highly recommended it to my friends. The team are very good. Very nice location Hassan

Welcoming hotel. Staff exceptional. So helpful. Room very nice. Spacious. Lift to all floors. Cleaning exceptional. Well located close to railway station. Although a short walk taxis were happy to do the small run to help us with our luggage. Antwerp is a wonderful place and this hotel and its staff were exceptional

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. Location is excellent in the diamond area of Antwerp. The front office staff is kind. The rooms are renovated and clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is generous and tasty. It is possible to park within walking distance of the hotel. We enjoyed our experience.

A very good time to chill out with a good mojito with the bartenders. The localisation of the hotel is very Nice, closed to the centre and the Park of Antwerpen. Strongly recommand the bartender from Egypt! I do recommend this kind of time dor business.

OK Hotel Reception staff are nice I wanted to use the fitness room and I wasn't told it was closed for repair - which was annoying

We spent four nights at the Mercure City Centre Antwerp and couldn’t have been happier with the amenities and service. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we could have needed. The breakfast selection was excellent- good quality hot and cold buffet and freshly baked bread and pastries. The waffles are particularly good and Tamara and Darol who were looking after guests at breakfast couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful!! There is a convivial atmosphere at breakfast and that is thanks to the staff! I also want to thank Omar and Hassan who take care of the guests at the bar in the evening for looking after us so well. To say nothing was too much trouble is a complete understatement, these guys were outdoing themselves with the care and attention to everything! Each drink made at the bar was made with love and this really elevated our experience at the hotel! I truly recommend the Hol Hol Special cocktail!!! The location of the hotel is just right- walking distance to the heart of the city with a lovely park opposite which has a lake and children’s playground. It’s very close to all of the tourist spots yet manages to give the impression that it’s in a quiet secluded area out of town. Highly recommend for family and business breaks in Antwerp!
