"We booked 4 rooms for our family tour and we had a great stay at Sapphire House. The rooms were cosy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing with on-demand hot dish menu prepared for you! Front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a van for our group to commute to the station. The team was well diverse with Chinese speaking front desk staff as well. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Excellent staff... smiling and very helpful! The coffee machine, water, and biscuits at reception were very welcome. The room was very large, but overall a bit dated. The bathroom with a bathtub was very uncomfortable. It definitely needs to be revisited! Last night was sleepless... because of the mosquitoes! Very good location... not far from the center and recommended restaurants!"
