自駕遊的，度假村建設有些年了，主要點贊工作人員很熱情禮貌，真誠友善，服務好，度假村酒店用餐乾淨衞生，很多食材是酒店自家農場的，廚藝精湛，價格明碼標價透明實在，一連幾餐都是在度假村裡的酒店用餐，方便快捷味道好，特別早餐的三鮮粉温泉蛋地道好吃，温泉種類項目多，孩子們開心，環境安靜。離東江源景區五公里左右很近，風景美麗，玻璃棧道修的挺漂亮壯觀的。推薦白天爬山觀光，晚上泡泡温泉，安逸舒服。值得流連。

圖一至圖七是酒店，最後兩張是離酒店五公里遠的三百山景區！這次住宿大體上是滿意的，一開始在攜程下單後出現了調價導致房滿的問題，攜程客服六六一直在跟蹤推進解決，服務意識強！專業素質高！處理結果讓我十分滿意！入住後，酒店給我的第一印象就是復古，包括它的空調也能帶給我一種年代感！衞生環境總體來説還行，亭台樓閣曲徑通幽，洗手間的🕷也向我致以了誠摯的問候✧*｡٩（ˊᗜˋ*）و✧*酒店最方便大概就是入住後能隨時泡温泉，雖然住宿的地方離温泉不遠，但也有車子接送！這點服務做的非常到位！而且我們在去三百山之前諮詢酒店前台，工作人員幫我們聯繫好了團購價，比網上訂票會便宜一點！三百山的玻璃橋、索道感覺還不錯！白天玩累後，晚上再泡個温泉，這個家庭親子游很推薦哦！

温泉度假⛱️區的環境優雅，空氣清新，隨處可以聽見👂鳥叫聲，遠離城市喧囂迴歸自然的美好感覺^_^
特別喜歡古香古色的燈具和建築，傍晚時倚靠在愛心椅上看日落別提多舒服了😎
温泉♨️的水很乾凈，温度剛好，酒店環境和清潔很好，房間裏還備好蚊香，工作人員特別熱心服務超好

和家人一起過來玩，竟然還有酒店在行行手禮做問候，好不容易抓了一張。酒店的環境真的不錯，綠化基本全覆蓋了，可惜小河的水剛剛泄了洪，略微遺憾。酒店建築風格中式，古色古香，曲徑通幽，很有感覺，房間也很大，温泉居然進了房間，私密性超好，這個必須要點贊。問了一下工作人員，温泉出水温度有79度，湯谷池子蠻多的，小傢伙們笑得嘎嘎叫，聽得出來很高興。我坐在湯谷休息區的時候，服務人員還特意送了一杯涼茶，這個服務還是貼心了。泡了湯谷的温泉，回到房間又泡了一次，很舒服，我的腰肌勞損明顯感覺輕鬆了很多。餐廳包廂的茶台超大，可惜沒和朋友一起過來，否則三五好友在這個茶台前坐坐，也是很有意思。整體來説，這次度假還是很滿意的！

和家人一起到三百山温泉度假區熱泉河酒店，度假區環境非常好、漫步其中感到身心放鬆、温泉設施也很贊，房間很是乾淨、整潔，唯一就是熱泉河酒店裝修太老了，儘管是二樓也不免有些許黴味！不過我們還是度過了快樂的時光

酒店的環境，還有酒店的服務員服務也挺好的，房間衞生也好。
但温泉區就的確不行了，池子是多，但水真怎麼乾淨，温度較高的池才相對水質好點。温泉區基本沒什麼服務，魚池要另外收費。

四星級酒店，我們去的時候是淡季，且剛下過雪，旅客不多，但是享受到了超值的服務。所有的工作人員都很熱情禮貌，且確實耐心地幫我們解決問題。特別表揚袁春梅：工號2111。服務周到，為旅客着想，還有酒店電瓶車司機唐師傅，門衞李師傅...泡了兩天温泉，這裏的温泉池也是我泡過最舒適的，可能因為人不多，所以體驗更好吧。就是因為天氣是零下五度，導致更衣室挺冷。

客房寬敞，乾濕分離，離温泉很近，主要是衝著80多個室外温泉池去的，早餐三鮮粉味道極佳，配料齊全。主要是温泉更衣室空間太小，遊客多的情況下有點擁擠不堪。
