The hotel is very well located near the old basilica, the historic center of the city, Mirante, Roadway, Fairs and New Basilica. Organizated, clean, we were very well received and with varied breakfast. We have our favorite stay 🫶🏾

Bom, vamos lá, pois são muitos os fatos sobre a reserva. Primeiro ponto é que eles são muito solícitos no contato do whatsapp, tive uma pequena dúvida quanto ao pagamento da reserva e a Sandra foi simplesmente maravilhosa com a gente. Estávamos em 4 pessoas, eu; uma amiga; o filhinho e a mãe dela; ou seja, uma criança e uma idosa. Fomos super bem recepcionados pela Sandra. Ela merece o prêmio de funcionária do ano!! Parabéns Sandra pelo ótimo desempenho e gratidão por toda atenção, carinho e agora, mais uma nova amizade. Segundo ponto positivo, o hotel fica super bem localizado, tem taxi de cortesia para te levar a alguns pontos turísticos, precisa apenas esperar alguns minutinhos, mas como estávamos de carro, não foi preciso. Terceiro ponto positivo, a limpeza da piscina é DIÁRIA, todos os 3 dias que ficamos, vimos o limpador de piscinas trabalhando com zelo e atenção. Um ponto negativo para a piscina, no sentido de que, por ela ser de ladrilho, tem alguns azulejos descascados o que ocasionou um pequeno corte no pé, causado pela lasca, o perigo maior teria sido no olho, nariz ou ingerido com a água da piscina sem querer. Segundo ponto negativo foi o serviço de quarto, que durante o período que ficamos, ele não aconteceu. Não foi feita nem a organização da roupa de cama nem a troca da mesma, não houve troca de toalhas de banho, mesmo o aviso dizendo que era para deixarmos no chão caso quiséssemos que realizassem a troca, mas tivemos que pegar de volta do chão, na hora que voltamos à noite para o quarto. Precisei descer duas vezes, uma para pegar uma toalha que estava faltando, pois só tinhamos iniciado com 3, e outra vez para pegar papel higiênico, pois como não teve serviço de quarto, acabou e não fizeram a reposição. Toalha de banho rasgada, infelizmente, foi a que me deram quando eu pedi, não levei jamais para o lado pessoal, mas me sequei e usei ela mesmo. Uma infelicidade nossa foi descobrirmos que o ar condicionado funcionava pelo interruptor de luz perto de uma tomada, apenas no último dia, pois não tem controle para ele e pensamos que talvez ele não funcionasse pois também tem ventilador no quarto. Frigobar funcionou perfeitamente e ficamos no 122, segundo andar, com vista para piscina. Vista privilegiada. Hotel fica em frente ao Super Mercado Shibata, ótimo mercado por sinal, completo, quase um mini shopping. Enfim, gostamos muito, independente de qualquer coisa, pretendemos voltar na nossa próxima visita.
