The views are gorgeous! The spa was lovely. The friendliest employees were Junior and Vitale. It would have been nice to have a place to relax where kids aren't allowed ie. one of the pools or restaurants.

The hotel environment is okay, but the hotel management is extremely poor. I have stayed in so many hotels, and I have never encountered a cabinet with urine in the bedside table of the room and the cleaners have not been found. It is a very bad hotel.

From start to finish this resort was the BEST I’ve ever experienced ☺️ the staff goes above and beyond for you and everyone is so friendly! Our room was beautiful & so was the WHOLE resort! Will definitely be back again!

A lovely room, could use some more hooks in bathroom, and mirrors within the villa.
The Ladies night shows were sensational. The dancing was some of the best, most entertaining, and authentic that we have seen in the world. The Samoan people are friendly & gentle.(great dancers too)

Taumeasina is literally the BEST hotel in Samoa.
I never want to go anywhere else when staying at Taumeasina. Its hard to not yearn to go back. But this most recent stay, I felt like the sewer system is getting worse. I pray they're doing something about it.

Overrated for the price they charge. Not a true 5 Star Hotel. Second time staying there, Saletoga, Sheraton and Tanoa trump them hands down in customer service and so many other areas.

Whilst Taumeasina is so modern and has beautiful facilities, for the price of the stay the rooms are very small

Lovely gardens and surroundings. A buggy request was always easy and the drivers were friendly also room service staff were lovely. The only downfalls i experience, upon check in we waited a while for someone to show us where our rooms are. I also emailed to request a shower chair for my elderly mother, the reply was one will be placed in the room a plastic chair. This was not the case when checked in, had to ask again for one. For a big resort, should probably invest in buying proper shower chairs for the elderly/disabled guests. A normal plastic chair like the one we were given for our stay is not a safe option.
