Atendimento realizado com total indiferença, sem a cortezia normais em hotéis da espécie. Instalações excelentes, quarto amplo e limpo. Fazia Frio, não havia cobertor. Falta, ao meu ver , instruções impressas, visto que nem sempre é possível ler o QR code, que foi o meu caso. Comida servida com presteza e preço justo. Foi difícil o atendente aceitar que a diária estava paga, fato que ele poderia observar com tempo e efetivar possível cobrança no check out, junto com demais despesas. Estacionamento longe do hotel, e estava chovendo, não foi oferecido guarda chuvas.

Bad experience in this place, very rude staff. We left after a single night and went to another hotel nearby. I would not recommend it as there are tons of hotels in the same price range in the vicinity. No reason to put up with absolute lack of basic manners and disrespect from the staff.

Good hotel, well located in the city center and has a good breakfast with good variety. It met my needs for a quick business trip to the city of Araçatuba at a fair price.
