The staff was very nice but the place is just super old. We were never really able to get comfortable with the AC. Towels were subpar also.

The lady was very nice room very clean house keeping went in my room while I was gone don't like the fact of someone being in there and some lady knocked on my door kept trying to get me to come to her room and turn her Ac down said she didn't want to bother the lady at the front desk but it was ok for her to bother me other than that it was nice

Left with bed bugs. Awful grouting. Bathroom window covered with fake tile. Awful decorating. Lumpy bed. $220 for awful interior. Only room in Arcadia at 5:00 PM. Tiny TV.

This place is a dive. They cater to construction crews who made a lot if noise outside our room at night. The room was just a few feet from the street/highway, so trucks and racers kept us awake. There was a brown stain on one bedsheet, and the bathroom was badly in need of refurbishing. The office guy needs to take personality lessons. It seemed a big deal to him that we needed more towels (3 of us and 2 towels provided. We booked this place because it was the only one with vacancy. If we had it to do over, we would camp.

Thr check in was extremely welcoming, pleasant & helpful
The sheets are extremely clean. Bed well made. Room very clean
I arrived too late for amenities but id stay here again and again due ro the clealiness of my room and the absolutely wonderfully pleasant woman who checked me in

Room did not have soap, the floor was dirty, and had dirty towels. Air conditioner was noisy.
