I have stayed at various Marriott hotels before, but this one was by far the worst experience. The staff at check-in were rude and impatient, which set a negative tone for the rest of our stay. We encountered issues with the room being overheated, which we reported twice during our stay, but nothing was done to resolve. Additionally, the water fountains in the corridors were constantly out of use, which was inconvenient—the basic facilities, including the breakfast area, served a standard continental breakfast. On a positive note, the hotel's location is convenient. It is close to a shopping centre and a couple of restaurants. It is also about a 10-minute walk to RER B, which makes transportation relatively easy. However, the overall experience was subpar for our price, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Suggestions to Management: Please provide proper training for your staff. Their manners were terrible, particularly the Asian gentleman at the front desk, whose attitude was especially disrespectful. Address the issues with room temperatures and ensure that facility maintenance, such as water fountains, is up to standard. Overall, this hotel needs significant improvements in both service and amenities to justify its price.
